This rug is the quality that you expect from the purchase of a hand-hooked rug made of wool, and it was made even better with a 1/4" felt rug pad. (I think that a thicker rug pad would be too much.) I am glad that I went with a rug from Wayfair as it was very affordable in comparison with other companies, however the quality is superb. The colors were subtle and beautiful. My whole living room was transformed with this rug.

This rug looks amazing and had been in my home for several years. I am really pleased with how easy it cleans up and vacuums. Highly recommend. A plus is that the color blends with almost any decor. I am mindful of running the vacuum on the corners so it does not fray, just as I am with all area rugs.

The quality is great. The color is more neutral than the pictures. Online it looks warm, almost rosy. It’s completely neutral. Beautiful rug!

Beautiful neutral wool rug that would go with most decor. Packaged very well and in good condition. The rig edges are taking a few days to settle down. Putting books on edging of rug to flatten.

Ends are being trained down in this photo. This is a beautiful rug!!! It compliments our brick fireplace so well (brick is Evelyn Bay brick with Ivory buff mortar) from Triangle Brick! We originally thought we wanted the 7’9” x 9’9” but then realized for our space the 9’3”x 13’ would do better and it is perfect!

Very disappointed. Love the pattern and the way it brightened up my room but the quality is lacking. It was already unraveling around the edges when we unrolled it and in 8 weeks it looks more worn and ragged than the 11 yr old rug we replaced. We’ve been careful not to use the roller brush when we vacuum or do anything that could pull the loops up but it’s unraveling regardless. It was a good price point but expensive for the short time it will last.

Love this rug!!!! Definitely more neutral tones. I saw some photos where it looked S if it had blue in it on some reviews but mine is as described with ivory, brown and some gray. We love it and it fits the space perfectly

First Review Was Deleted--Got a Defective Rug

I really hope it was an accident that my first review was deleted and not something shady on the part of Rugs Direct...I contacted them about receiving this rug with chalky chunks throughout the pile. Even though it's a lovely rug, I have never seen something like this in a rug before. It is literally hard and crunchy in spots underfoot, and even after multiple times vacuuming it isn't going away. When I contacted Rugs Direct, I was told nothing could be done because I was outside the 14-day window. So buyer beware--make sure to unroll and check your rug immediately upon receipt because they won't do anything about it if it's defective.

Beautiful Rug But Weird Chalky Chunks Throughout

This is a beautiful rug and it looks great in my space. Unfortunately, there are some strange white-ish chalky chunks in the pile throughout the whole rug that do not go away after multiple vacuum attempts. I don't know if it's glue or what, but it's clumpy underfoot, which kind of detracts from the beauty. And when I messaged with Rugs Direct about it, they said that nothing could be done because I was outside of the 14-day window. Buyer beware!!! Make sure you open and inspect these rugs immediately upon receiving them, otherwise you could be stuck with a chunky rug like I am.

It does shed a little when I vacuum it (without the brush) but it isn't terrible. It doesn't shed when you walk on it. It flattened quickly when I rolled the edges under. I did not purchase a pad as my furniture is very heavy and there is no way it would move. If you are undecided purchase the smallest size to see if you like it. I am super happy with this rug! This is a beautiful rug! It was backordered so I almost canceled, but I’m so happy I didn’t. The colors are muted and I love the pattern. It’s floral but not too much so. Also, I have 2 dogs and was really worried about their nails messing up the rug, but so far that has not been a problem.

Excellent purchase! I’m happy with the quality of the product. I bought on sale and the edges are a bit irregular you can see it only if you look closely, works well for my playroom. It’s not too soft for a baby touch, but will be perfect for a other purpose like living room, entryway and etc. Very easy to vacuum.

This is a beautiful rug. The colors shown are accurate, but more pronounced. The brown is more of a taupe, which is perfect. There’s gray and a touch of charcoal. The photos do not do it justice. It’s thick, luxurious and I adore it!

I love this rug, it is absolutely beautiful. I waited so long to recieve it, and was so excited when it arrived. The downfall is, the fibers have already started to come loose less than 1 year in. I've bought a Ruggable to replace it, and am moving this rug into a room that doesn't have much traffic. It's just a sham it's falling apart so soon.
