The chairs look great in my sitting area. The chairs are sturdy as well as the ottoman. They aren’t very comfortable, but I put a throw pillow behind my back and it made a difference. One of the chairs had a tiny hole on the side, but only I noticed it.

I love the chairs and highly recommend this item. However, I was not happy that my boxes were not delivered to my porch as I requested. They were left near the road, which is 150ft from my door. I had to drag these items up my drive. If I hadn't been leaving the house, I wouldn't have known they were there. The Wal-Mart message came 2 hours later.

Received chair and it was missing a bottom bolt. We reached out to customer service and they responded initially but then nothing! My husband had to cut the bottom of the chair to fix it himself. This chair is poor quality and I would not recommend. We put it in our closet instead of the office. They do not stand behind their products. Beware!
