To no fault of Meadowlark, I rec'd a pkg that had the flap cut off of my original pkg and was taped to another box (200 red plastic sacks) and delivered to me. Got on the computer to Meadowlark and explained what had happened, sent them some pics of the box that was rec'd and what was in it. I had a replacement within a week. The customer service was awesome!! Thank you Meadowlark!! I haven't installed my seat cover yet -- it looks good. I hope I'm as happy with it!!
I haven't used it that long but it seems to feel like A better quality Dog hammock.
I relive the cover. Just needs metal connectors on the straps instead of plastic. My pup has already destroyed 2 of them
