Use pex with push fit fittings. Was told the install was incorrect by using that material, but was sent a new valve in the hopes of correcting the by pass problem. Didn’t help. Now the spout/diverter is doesn’t seal properly. Switched the shower head to an aftermarket and now the pressure and water volume is awesome. Will soon be getting an aftermarket spout/diverter since that is not sealing well, a lot of water is coming out of the spout while taking a shower. Just unhappy with the whole system and hope no one else is having this issue. I am stuck with this system until the next bathroom remodel

Good features, not the best durability

We purchased this shower head about a year ago. He haven't had any issues until now. The shower head gets adjusted daily because of different height people in the house. The plastic nut that connects the head to the metal elbow has become worn and stripped. So when the head is adjusted it starts to leak. I've tried to add plumbers tape to the connection. It doesn't really help. Please let me know what I can do.

Looks Great but shower head restricted badly

We purchased the Tiffin Model# 82879SRN in August 2023 and installed in a new home December 2023. At 70 psi water pressure, the tub spout runs at 6 GPM. When you convert water to the shower head, flow is reduced to 4 GPM which is still pretty good. With "Magnetix" shower head installed, flow is reduced to 1.2 GPM. This is horrible! Water is way to restricted in the shower head.

We used to buy only Moen

The metal elbow for the shower was not deburred so it sprayed water all over the ceiling. It is very thin metal now making it difficult to have a flat for the washer to seal against. Went online for warranty and found there is none since we bought it over a year ago but just got the bathroom remodel started.

JUNK!

Our plumber recommended Moen and I'm sorry I didn't just go with the Glacier Bay I had purchased then cancelled. After 2 years the shower head sprays everywhere (getting our wall wet), the faucet flow is crazy too (sprays everywhere) and the faucet diverter doesn't divert the water completely to the shower so when the shower's on, half the water is still coming out of the faucet. Will probably just buy another brand and scrap this one. We have 4 bathrooms and didn't pay near this much for the others and they all still work beautifully. Just goes to show that price doesn't mean better quality. It's pretty though🙄

Terrible Shower Head

Do not buy this product. The head is not designed correctly and will spray water all over the back of your shower. If you push the head down so it is in the correct position it will not stay attached to the magnet. I have complained to Moen and they told me to buy a longer arm for $170. This is unacceptable.

Leaking

Got this installed and if any water hits the handle area when showering it leaks all over to our downstairs, it's been caulked and still does it. So frustrating no idea how water is go8ng through the lever part but it is...

Hose from shower head broke after 4 months of use.

Is there a replacment part available for the flexible hose?

Corroded within 2 years

Bought this fixture for the moen quaility but it seems to be lacking that. Less than two years old and the drain is completely corroded and doesn’t seal anymore. Also the spout for the tub sprays everywhere and does not hold tight while taking a shower.

Tub Faucet Woes

The entire fixture is beautiful; however, the tub faucet sprays the water everywhere. We thought at first that it was defective and had 2 different plumbers look at it and both stated that is how the design is. Makes no sense! When we want to fill the tub up, we have had to use the showerhead as the tub faucet gets water everywhere.

Not impressed

Faucet just shoots water all over in all directions instead of a nice stream and is super loud. When switching to the showerhead you have to pull extremely hard on the knob or it just leaks out of the faucet while the showers on. The shower head base is constantly unscrewing itself and we've accidentally knocked the shower head off several times from the magnet not being strong enough and it goes crashing down. Wish we went with a different choice, will have to just live with it now as the installation is not easy. Everything is caulked in place. Would not recommend.

Disappointing

It started acting up within a month of install. The mechanism you pull to turn from tub to shower doesn't work properly. No water being saved when having shower. Wish i had the chance to do research before making this decision.

Great Features

Love the magnetic shower head holder. Looks nice and makes me smile every time I attach it back to the holder

Sprays everywhere. Poor design.

The water comes out past over the diverter mechanism, so instead of a constant stream, it gets split in multiple ways and ends up creating just a spray pattern. I've never seen a tub spout with such a poor stream and of course, all the rest of the components were already installed, so there's no good solution to fixing it.

Mostly happy

We love the faucet but don't like the stiffness of the shower wand hose. When you bump it the magnetic head can pop off the holder.

Very difficult to find parts

I need a part. Menards does not carry it. Customer Service doesn't know and the web site is ridiculously hard to use.

Looks aren't everything

I bought this product last year and have had problems since day one. The faucet sprays everywhere like it's not directed well. And the shower head says it has 6 setting but only 2 of them actually work the other ones just barely spray out and don't do any good. Disappointed in a shower and faucet set that cost as much as this one did.
