Too Darned Hard

I like this pillow, but doubt I would buy it again. It's too hard...by 20% or so.

I've been using the older neck pillow for years and was excited to see this cooling version but I need a small size--why isn't it available?

Is not a full sized pillow

When I ordered I thought it was a full sized pillow. Was very disappointed when it arrived in a little box and was a little pillow. I cannot find this style pillow in a full-size on the website. Too bad.

Too small

I tried it for a few hours and never even opened the second one. I went back to my old neck pillow.

Tempur Rock Pillow

Awfully hard pillow - no return policy a if you complain you'll simply be told the pillow can take 6 months to 1 Year to break in. I'm buying a pillow to use now, not in a Year are you serious?

Uncomfortable

I bought the TEMPUR-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow, expecting it to be as good as another ergonomic neck pillow I had previously used. Unfortunately, I found the TEMPUR-Ergo to be stiff and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there's no trial period, so I couldn't return or exchange it for something more suitable. I'm disappointed and won't be purchasing any more pillows from this brand. It's frustrating that they don't offer a way to test the product before committing to it.

Just what I needed

I workout and have wide upper body/shoulders.this pillow fills in the gap between my head and shoulders perfectly.i wake up with no neck/badk/lower body pains.....by the way I'm a side sleeper

terrible pillow

My wife bought two of these thinking they would be ok. WRONG!!!!

New design is lacking

Had an older version of this same pillow and I loved it, but was time to replace. This one is half the size in height/depth, width, length. And the cooling effect is not what it used to be. Unfortunately I purchased two so I could take advantage of the package deal, and now have two pillows that are absolutely useless. Complete waste of money. Please go back to the old design.

Cooling to the touch

I had a neck pillow for several years and it was time to replace it. We had fairly recently gotten the Tempur bed so it was time for a new pillow! I got this Tempur pillow and am so glad I did! I'm usually a hot sleeper and this helps keep me cooler so I can get a better nights sleep.

Great Neck Pillow

I am a hot sleeper and this pillow provides a great cooling feature. I am 5"10 on a skinny side and feel this pillow is a little bit too high for me.

Too small and very uncomfortable

I had high hopes that this pillow would help relieve some of my neck and shoulder pain, but it was very uncomfortable to sleep on and just too small. Very disappointing, and frustrating that it cannot be returned.

Hurt neck

Pillow hurt my neck and the company wouldn't exchange or give me credit.
