[Rewarded Review] Addititional Lids

I purchased the Thomas Keller commercial clad set. I've come to really like the univeral lids for most of my needs, but sometimes with several items on the range I found I needed a couple extra. They fit my pots fine, have a nice heavy weight to them and perfect for steaming. Expensive, but feel like they will last a lifetime. Only suggest they sell them in all saucepot sizes. Concierge Michael Kane was a great help through my whole purchasing process.

Another great product

I have several skillets and pots from the Thomas Keller Insignia line. The flat lids are really convenient for storage. However, when I need just a little more room in the pot or I don't want to vent as much steam, the domed lid works out really well. The 12.5" lid works perfectly on my 12.5" skillet and both of my rondeaus and feature similar handles to the rondeaus. I love love love my cookware and it looks great too.

Recieved along with probond skillet promo, and worth it! The handles are gorgeous and handy, comfortable to maneuver. It is domed shape. Easy to clean, no tight spots like with glass lids. The polish is something I'm trying to preserve. Its great quality and I expect to last a while.

The fit matches perfectly with the pan i purchased it with. The handle is also surprisingly resistant to heat which is nice. And it looks good. Not much more i can ask for than that. Good lid.

I got these Hestan SS lids for each of my skillets. They fit perfectly, look great and are well made. I often use my skillets with the lids in place to keep moisture and heat it. A great investment.
