A welcome upgrade from an existing chair

This is an upgrade for an existing shower chair w/o arms and back. This will make for more stability when getting into and out of the chair.

Nice chair, but took almost a month to get it.

Don't believe their 10-14 days, unless that's business days. Took almost a month to get this. I bought it for a friend who has problems standing, especially on slippery surfaces. He loves it, but it would've been nice to have it sooner.

Premium Shower Chair: very useful

Not intuitive to assemble but once together, sturdy and great because the legs have adjustable pins so it can be sized to the user.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a shower bench because I was having hip surgery in January of 2023. When the package arrived it was missing the screws and we could not put it together. I contacted the seller and they pretty much called me a liar. My spouse went out and bought another seat because I needed something to shower. I contacted the seller again to return the product and at first they wouldn't let me. After several emails back and forth they agreed to let me return it for a refund but I would have to pay shipping which I think is ridiculous since I couldn't even use the product..it was their fault it was missing the screws. I finally got them to agree to reimburse me for the shipping which was $29. I sent the item back and was notified that they received it. It took 4 months of going back and forth with them in emails to FINALLY get my refund in April 2023! Now the REFUSE to reimburse me for the shipping cost. I get that its $29 but not all of us can afford to lose $29 especially when I had to take 6 weeks off work because of my surgery. I have worked in customer service for 40 years and would never treat a customer like they have. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

The chair is small enough to fit in the tub and sturdy enough to hold my elderly aunt safely. It's pretty easy to put together.

Never Order Anything from Walmart on line.

Tried to return this chair because my sister passed away before she could use it. It cannot be returned to the store since it was ordered online. The return goes through a third party called Active Protect. I have called and emailed numerous times. No response by phone and when you email them, the statement comes up someone will get back with you within 48 hours. It's been a month out and I am still waiting for instructions on how to return this. Extremely frustrating. Will never order online from Walmart again!

i couldn't use this shower chair for my elderly mother, the doctor recommended the shower bench. the company that i purchased this chair from through walmart.com will not respond for me to return the chair. the box is unopened
