Grill seems like it will work fine once assembled. I deducted 4 stars for the inadequate customer service. The grill arrived with several instances of cosmetic damage which will not impact the assembly and performance of the grill, and it was missing a part when it arrived. Customer service refused to provide both a partial refund to compensate me for keeping a damaged product and the missing part. They said I could only have one or the other. How absurd. Of course they know they have you by the throat in these cases because repacking to return an item like this is not possible. I don’t see how I could get this thing back in the shipping box. At the end of the day, no compensation saving Wayfair the return and restocking costs by keeping a damaged, if functioning, product since I need the part to build the grill and can only have one “resolution.”

Received this item, no assembly instructions included in the box. Had to go online and find instructions to assemble.
It has been very challenging to put together and the bottom part was damaged. Customer service was helpful.
