Damaged Upon Delivery

This item arrived today badly damaged . . . so badly damaged, in fact, that we refused delivery. This is unacceptable. We would like a replacement item delivered, and we expect this replacement item to be in perfect condition, as any brand new piece of furniture should be.

Table is really gorgeous. This is a great deal. Simple. And easy to put together. It is very sturdy. The fabric isn't white in case anyone thinks it is. More like a cream color. Perfect for my lower level. All 5 pieces.

The quality of the wood is great , very sturdy, looks amazing in my kitchen , assembling was easy, all screws came packaged neatly with each chair and table . The only thing is 2 out of my 4 chairs are wobbly but I taking out the plastic floor protector pin nails on bottom of the chair legs will help.

I love this table and chairs very easy to put together and very heavy-duty, sturdy. I would recommend buying ,sturdy enough for kids.

Love it minus the fact that it arrived damaged& no one got back to me after I called& sent the needed information. The chairs were mislabeled for assembly also. The table top was the only part damaged, I believe from the shipping/delivery process. Other than that it seems like a niceset.

The box arrived early, and a bit rough, and for a second I did have a "what if" moment, however, when I opened the box I found the inside jumbled and disorganized but safe and sound. Nothing missing or damaged. I assembled two chairs that night, two chairs and the table the next day using nothing but the tools provided and my own screwdriver. Everything lines up perfectly, holes are predrilled, all of the hardware was supplied, the directions were very easy to follow, and I love this set now that it's all put together. Nothing wobbles, nothing is off balance, it is just perfect. It matches my China hutch and my bar stools perfectly. If a single lady can put this together alone, and love it, listen to this review. It's heavy, it's solid, it's lovely!

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone i like

The box left at my door looked like it had been run over by a truck, and weighed 145 pounds. Some of the pieces were damaged, some were mislabeled, and some of the assembly instructions were a little confusing.

It arrived quickly, easy to assemble and looks as it does in pics. Four stars as they were too major chips in the wood, not seen until unboxed and STARTED assembly. Used wood touch up pen as too much work to return/ exchange. Packaged well so assume chips happens before transit.

Great table for the price. It looks just like the picture. Shipping was fast and arrived in less then a week in perfect condition. Would buy again.

Sturdy and beautiful

Love the table and chairs so far! I was nervous about receiving a scratched or defective set, but everything came perfect. I'm rating four stars because 3/4 chairs had a wobble after initial set up. After adjusting the screws and bolts and sitting on each of them, I was left with one that has an ever so slight wobble. It's not noticeable when sitting in it which is what matters to me. Overall, I love this table and am very happy with my purchase!!

Haven’t opened the box yet because I am setting it up in my new townhouse next month. I am so excited to see how it looks in my new home. Closing in less than 2 weeks!

Beautiful but defective

The look of the table in chairs is beautiful and they appear to be of good quality. However, the table had a large split in the wood on one of the underneath supports which had to be repaired before we could even finish assembling it. Also, as with other reviews that I've seen, two of the chairs are uneven.
