Both boxes containing the bed came without screws. Called customer support and they were closed for a holiday that isn’t even today. The headboard also has loosely packed foam inside that wobbles and makes a noise. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The only thing about this is once you put it together… and you need to move haha good luck.. it’s so hard to get the things that hold the wood pieces in… out of the poles

Bed is fine but it didn’t come with instructions and customer service does not have a pdf to share. It was a hassle to put together.
Unreliable
I really wished I had a better review but I waited over two weeks for my bed and they ended up sending me the same part twice and the other half never showed up. I liked the design of the bed just took too much hassle on waiting for customers service to get it right.
so beautiful and with two people took about an hour to put together. Was very straight forward, definitely recommend a power tool to help. only thing is the standa at the bottom seem a little weak but time will tell. absolutely love the look!
