Product looks great once assembled, many missing parts, some internal that could not be remedied, and potentially negatively impact the integrity of the assembled product. 2 trips to hardware stores, missing bolts, washers, nuts, some parts received purely defective,... I feel awful for anyone not very handy or resourceful. Overall quality... eh. I expected better.

The bed looks nice. Many parts were pretty annoying to put together. I haven’t received my mattress yet so I’m not sure how sturdy it is.
