If only the handle was insulated!

This pot is fantastic on every front other than the lid. The handle has no type of insulation. No wood, no plastic, just a solid piece of metal. I burned my hand the first time I used it.

My favorite pot.

I'm in Love with my new stick pot. When I received it I had not had any use for it but the past few weeks and having to get through the holidays was amazing with this pot. For starters it's big and truly non stick. I followed the instructions like paper said and oiled washed the pan before first use. The rest is definitely history and I have had no stickin or burning. It also cooks eventually and makes cooking a joy. The decoration is also very pretty especially if your into holiday themes.
