I like the grill very much. However, the regulator included with the grill did not work. I spent some time with the Monument Grills service representative while we tried various things and determined that it was defective. He sent me a replacement and it works fine, but it took about another week to get to me.

THIS GRILL CAME IN 50-100 PIECES AND WAS MISSING ALL OF THE HARDWARE. I TORE THROUGH 15-20 BOXES TRYING TO FIND IT AND WHEN I CAME UP SHORT I CONTACTED HOME DEPOT WHO TOLD ME TO RE-PACKAGE EVERYTHING AND RETURN IT. I ASKED THEM TO JUST SEND ME THE BOLTS AND THEY REFUSED. - SERVICE WAS ALSO PROVIDED BY AN UNINTELIGIBLE AND APATHETIC INDIVIDUAL WHO CLEARLY WAS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. YOU WILL GET THE CALL CENTER TREATMENT

I am in the auto industry, so this is a genuine review. I bought this grill coming from just a basic Webber. After about 20 years I was tired of dealing with charcoal. I was looking for convenience.

Great step up

My former 4 burner grill died on me after many years of use. I wanted to step up my grilling game, and this grill did not disappoint! Installation did take a couple of hours, but it is totally worth it. I have grilled several times since I put it together, and the food has been amazing! Very happy with my purchase!

Great grill

I love this grill. I like the glass on the lid too which I didn't think I would care for. But it's convenient to see your food with out lifting the lid. Warranty is also great. I had an issue with a dent in the grill from shipping and they responded quickly and sent the replacement parts no hassle! I'd recommend this company and already have.

Ordered a Mesa 400 grill. When It came to me a couple parts were damaged and Monuments team was really great at sending replacemcet parts ASAP. Nice job there. I'm a handy guy. I built my kitchen includeing plumbing and electric. Plus many other small and large projects. Following the instructions for the Mesa 400 were often innacyrate or confusing. Then when I started to hook up the natural gas conversion kit it gave me instructions fro 2 models ( neith one were even close to the model # on the mesa 400. Nice job Monument. And now that all is installed I still need to call customer service because the flame adjust that Monument shows on the inntructions is not possible on teh Mesa 400 knobs. This looks like a nice grill and my wife keeps on saying how nice it looks- Too bad the instrustions are so awful I havent been able to use teh damn thing for weeks.

Great product for the $

I live in metro ATL and this is a locally owned company, so buying from your home state and the USA is always a good thing. I typically grill 2-3 nights a week and generally use 1 burner. I can get the grill to 400 degrees on high using 1 burner. I mostly buy grills in the $400 range and am typically replacing parts by years 2 or 3. This product offers more stainless steel than any other grill I've owned. The glass window and LED lighting is a nice upgrade for this price point. I read where someone talked about how flimsy the cabinet was, and while it's not heavy gauge material, it is coated metal and comes with gussets in the corners for bracing, so I have no concerns there. The burners and ignitors are good quality material and thick. There is a ceramic igniter on every gas rail which means easy lighting. Mine cooks evenly however the gas holes don't extend quite as far forward and back as some other grills I've had so these areas will be your not so hot spots. The grill grates are fairly thick and supposed to be non stick. I greased and pre heated mine before use and still get some occasional sticking grilling fish or chicken tenderloins, however olive oil spray eliminates that. Based upon the quality of the parts I've seen, this should last awhile.

This stainless steel grill is solidly built and works great. I like the LED lighted knobs and glass window to grill area. The side burner comes in handy for cooking potted items. I am happy grilling with this unit!

Love my Grill ! Theirs been a couple times I've took longer to get back to the grill because I was preparing food inside and this thing just cooks perfectly every time! So far I've only been using two burners and half the grill is plenty space but it all depends how many your cooking for. I had some issues with Shipping no fault of Monument Grill Company but the carrier used in my delivery. Monument Grill Company made sure to make things right and I'm satisfied customer. I would recommend their Grills. This is certainly the best grill I've own , I did decide to spend a little more than I have in the past but the quality does seemed to be decent

Best Customer Support Ever!

I love grilling but had been without a gas grill for 10 years. I finally moved to a new apartment that allowed them. I did my research and was convinced by reviews, features, and aesthetics that the Monument Mesa 300 was best for my small balcony. I was excited to see it at my front door, one day early.

Great grill

The assembly was very easy. Took some time but very easy. Love the glass view. Most glass views I've seen in the past or have had seem to get clouded and hard to see through but to my surprise this hasn't happened yet. Love the illuminated blue lights on the knobs. Only thing I wish it had was lighting for the grill itself. I did purchase LED lights to put on the handle of the lid. Waiting for that to come in the mail and hopefully that will give me a good coverage of the grill when grilling at night. Overall I would recommend this grill.

Loving it so far

I was pleased with how easy it was to put together. This grill was clearly designed with assembly in mind. The finish is easy to keep clean. The grill also hold temperature well and heats up quickly. All of my cooks so far have been great.
