Back is not adjustable. Had to buy lumbar pillow for support.

Very uncomfortable chair

This is the most uncomfortable chair for this price. No back support, will return it.

Very disappointing

The description says "adjustable tilt tension control allows you to customize the optimal angle at which you sit". However there is no way to lock the tilt once you get the right angle. I emailed Boss Chair customer support and they replied "Unfortunately, the mechanism on this chair doesn’t allow you to Lock it in a tilt position -- Only In the Upright Position to prevent it from leaning back." So the tilt is worthless. Otherwise it is reasonably comfortable, but in the upright position, the top of the chair presses into my back, which is why I am wanting it to tilt back a bit. Written assembly instructions were minimal and not helpful. Why couldn't they put a few more pictures in instead of fuzzy diagrams? Finally found a video on their website that straightened me out. Once I got the chair assembled, I realized it was a pretty good design, but the assembly instructions must have been created in the belief that the user already know how it worked.

Perfect fit

I’m only 5’ so I needed a chair that wasn’t too tall for me. I use this chair at its lowest height and it works great for me. Only wish that the arm rests could adjust lower than they do. Very comfortable and for a decent price.

Home office

I had to set up a home office recently and because we already had this chair, we bought two more! Love it! Very comfortable, leans back, not too heavy and adjustable arms. I would buy 2 more again!!

not comfortable

I bought this a week ago. it is not comfortable to work. My back is hurting when I am working on my desk.

My sisters chair

I got this chair for my sister. I gave it to her for Christmas. She said she loves it! I said it was a late Christmas present. She said it’s ok I was happy

Good for the price

Good chair for the price. It is firm and provides better support for extended sitting. I had a comfy faux leather that I used to use when I'd be at the computer for short bursts. That worked well for a while but once work from home started, it was not so comfortable.

I just got this task chair and find it easy to assemble. The chair is very comfortable, ergonomic and good value for the price.

The zipper was broken when I received the chair. The chair IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I had NO IDEA that the chair was sold by a third party. I had to pay SHIPPING AND A RESTOCKING FEE when I returned the chair. I was OVERALL VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CHAIR!!! Walmart should let the customer know from the start that the product is being sold by a THIRD PARTY!!!

Great home office chair

This low cost chair is comfortable. It has good lower back support for working as computer, etc. Yet also allows me to lean back, put feet on desk, and read in comfort for long periods while resting my back.
