Incomplete Install Directions Poor Communications
The installation directions are not very clear. Also, there are no measurements as to the proper spacing of the wall brackets. The item delivery was delayed with no communications (either email or online order status) from Lowe's. Had to call Lowe's customer service in order to find out the reason for the delay and as to when the delivery could be expected.
