Seriously bright, and easy to install.

They look good, work great, and were easy to install. I do wish they were a little brighter. If you like bright light, go up in Lumens.

Worthless, no instructions, loose wires

I am shocked at this thing’s reviews. It’s a worthless product. I bought 4, none of them had any instructions. When you go to install it there are loose wires everywhere, and no indication of what to do.

Decent illumination, but a bit on the yellow side. There are knockouts for installing cable connectors or glands, but the material is so thin, it will likely bend and disfigure as you're trying to remove it. With a little patience, you can straighten it out. Very easy to connect with the included wire nuts although I prefer to use WAGO lever nuts.

May even be a bit too bright...or I'm just not used to it yet. It's only been a few days with kitchen lights, compared to years without any.

Was replacing comparable Commercial Electric bought about 4-5 years ago that quit working, of course in this LEDs will last forever world have to replace entire fixture. Ask me in 4-5 years how I like it.

These replaced the old fluorescent ones in my kitchen. They brighten up my whole kitchen! No more waiting for them to come on.

The price is cheaper than The Home Depot and 1000Bulbs price. I received the item earlier than expected.

Installation wasn't super easy, but the end product looks good and provides plenty of light.

Only complaint is that the ground wire screw is too small. It made it very difficult to align and get the screw driver in position.

Purchased six of these fixtures to replace six single bulb 40 watt fluorescent fixtures with vintage ballasts in a Kitchen soffit (1970s construction). The LED fixtures are a bit brighter than the old fluorescent lights, making the space brighter, almost too bright. Not really a one-to-one equivalent output wise. Color is cool white, which is close to the cool white tubes that I had to buy by the case all the time. I purchased an extra fixture just in case one fails, since I doubt that exact model will still be around very long. Installation was easy; I daisy chained the six fixtures just like the old ones. Over all, I am happy with the results.

Using less electricity than conventional fluorescent lights, these LED bulbs are actually brighter. They claim to last longer as well, a claim I can't evaluate yet.

The Metalux 4 ft. 1-light LED striplight is the perfect...

The Metalux 4 ft. 1-light LED striplight is the perfect replacement for a one bulb 4 ft. T8 fluorescent. It throws a little more light than the fluorescent does. When turned on, it is bright right away. Fluorescents need to warm up. 4,000K is about the same color as a cool white fluorescent. The LED fixture uses a great deal less electricity than a fluorescent,and the bulbs don't burn out. Also available in a 2-light version.
