My husband put these together and we went to sit in the chair and the weld at the armrest and back of chair broke first time sitting in chair. The company sent out another arm but makes me wonder if these chairs are going to last even a summer!

Easy to put together. I did it all by myself. Second one's always easier. I do wish the back cushion were all the way up instead of just in the lower back. But, I love them!

Got these swivel bar stools with cushions for my patio, and they're fantastic! Super comfy, easy to assemble, and the swivel feature is a game-changer. The cushions are a nice touch, making them perfect for lounging. Sturdy build, great design – definitely recommend!

Nuu Garden chairs , yes pillows included

Yes both the bottomcushion & lumbar pillow are included for each chair! Does not fill well, so might need two people to squeeze to get screws all in. Nice rust orange color & bottom cushion dies have Velcro so as not to slide off.

I was sent the wrong chairs again for the second time in a row.

RUSTED

Purchased 4 sets of these chairs in July 2023. They looked great. Today, December 2023, I noticed that some of them started rusting around the edges in the back of the chairs. I tried to wipe if off but it appears it has started rusting. I cannot disassemble them and ship them back as the task would be too difficult for me. Overall, the chairs look great except for the unfortunate fact they start rusting in less than 6 months.

Lasted One Summer

Bought these chairs May 3, 2023. Lasted one summer, one chair broke at the seams at the top and had to be thrown out last month. The other chair has become wobbly and you can see cracks in the metal, so it will be thrown out later this year too. They are good looking chairs, but the metal used breaks/cracks usually at the top of the connection to the seat on all four legs. I wouldn't buy them again, you would expect at least a years use of the chairs for this price. Nobody that used the chairs weighs over 220 lbs.

Chairs are great but challenging to put together. Don’t tighten all the screws until you line everything up to make it fit.

Product not as described. Description stated that they were steel when in fact the are aluminum. Cushions are also very thin. Back of chair flex when leaning back. I do not foresee these lasting more than a couple years. The only reason I have kept them is the fact that I bought them on sale. If I would of paid full price, I would have returned them

Missing Pieces

I probably would have given this set of chairs 4 stars if it wasn't for the missing nuts. The product was missing 6 nuts of which my lazy behind had to drive all the way to Lowe's to go and purchase. I bought these chairs so that I could sit around even more, not drive! Also, I would highly recommend using a socket wrench when assembling. The little flimsical metal wrench that is included doesn't quite cut it. Overall, I am really pleased with the finished product; they are comfortable and the perfect height, but they were somewhat of a pain to assemble.

Assembly was straightforward. The first heavy rain pretty well drenched the cushions, but they dried quickly. The jury is still out on what prolonged exposure to sunlight will do to the fabric, but so far we are quite pleased with this product.
