I got this one because I own a black lab. She keeps stealing him from me due to the scent

I love the little dog I received however the box delivered was all chewed in one corner and the mail man delivering it didn’t know what happened (of course) when I opened the box the tag with instructions was chewed away at one end also. The dog looks intact but I can’t gift this purchase to a new baby without sanitizing it first. The packaging could be a little better.

Very cute...looks just like my granddaughter's dog & I'm giving it to her for a gift.

I wish I could give a better review. Product is great. But I have been trying to work with customer service. They sent me the wrong warmie in my second order. I sent pictures and receipt .And still have not gotten back with me.

I have a grandchild leaving for college and his black lab cant go with him. This warmie will help ease some of the pain!
