Not really what I was expecting. They look ok from a distance but are really just plastic looking up close. We did like that they were very lightweight and we were able to install them without much effort. We did have to throw a pair away because my husband had to shift the shutters and they are ruined once the screw has been inserted through the plastic. We had to order a new replacement pair. Not sure how they will hold up to the intense sun and cold winter. Time will tell.

These shutters are perfect! Just as expected, easy to install and make such a difference on the front of the house.

It's too early to tell

I like the looks of these shutters. They are pretty light and somewhat flimsy, but the prices of PCP or wood is ridiculous. Actually, it is too early to tell how good they will be. As the years go by we will see how they look. If they end up still looking good after many years, then I will say my rating was too low. I was close to giving them 4 stars, but I just don't know the quality right now.

Cheep shutters

Very flimsy feels like fake plastic and they came bent so they dont lay flat on the house,

For the money, not bad. Cannot tell they are plastic from the road. Just dont understand why the black ones cant be painted to brown.... or whatever??? Why is it necessary to buy the special paintable ones?

We were disappointed when we received the product. We thought it was a solid but it is only a shell. In the Texas heat, it will probably warp and not last. If this is OK with you, then you will probably like it - it wasn't for us. Another thing that was frustrating was the lack of instructions. You have to go to the web site, find the product and then hunt for the information. It would have been nice to make a URL for the instructions instead. Overall, it was not what we thought it would be and ended up returning it.
