I purchased 10 chairs a few months ago. They look great, however the mesh seat back on at least 8 of them has begun to pull out from the frame (see attached photo). I tried messaging wayfair, but have not gotten a response. I should try HON as well. Disappointing from a domestic made product. I'm still hoping that HON will take responsibility for it.

Very happy with this purchase so far. This chair is comfortable, was easy to put together and is easy to adjust.
Arrived in a timely manner and is just what I need in a desk chair!
Poor Quality - Chair Failed in less than 2 months
The mesh backing failed where it was attached to the back of the Chair. Purchased in June 2022 failed in august. I bought this one due to the fact it was made in the USA. Never again! Office depot nor the manufacture have been of any help resolving this issue.
Love the style, comfort and adjustability.
This chair super comfy and quiet! The rollers are smooth and they do not damage my hardwood floors. The backrest netting allows for ventilation. The arm rests can be adjusted to different heights.
Love this chair, I have had hip issues since birth and this chair is super comfortable and supportive.

Very nice chair for the the price. Easy to assemble. After using it for several months the only thing I did to it is add padding (a small wristrest on each) on armrest because it did not rise high enough for my armelbow to sit properly on armrest.
This chair is less than 1 year old and had been lightly used for that duration. The fabric backing has already ripped out of the frame on the sides. IMO this is defective and should be replaced. Otherwise the chair is good, but its also useless now.
The Mesh in the back has begun to pull out of the seal not even a couple months after purchase. This is just from normal use and resting on the back. It can be pushed back in but immediately pops out again and It also ruins the support the back gives. I would not recommend this chair.
Perfect ergonomic desk chair. Comfortable, simple, sleek and easy to adjust. Highly recommend.

Nice quality
Definitely get what you pay for. Great chair for the price. Gets a little uncomfortable as I get close to my ~9 hour work days. Had I known how long I would be working from home I would a splurged a bit more. Zero complaints from my husband when he uses the desk, but he’s never there more than 30 minutes at a time.
Easy to assemble, comfortable for my at-home office area.
