While this product is quite a lovely dresser, unfortunately the same cannot be said for Wayfair’s “white glove” delivery or customer service. I’d recommend the dresser itself but would buy directly from the manufacturer. Wayfair’s delivery drivers flipped the box several times getting it up to my house and caused a large crack in the dresser. They offered no refund but rather sent someone out (which I had to take vacation time for) to fix the issue. When the furniture repair person came, he simply glued the huge crack back together and never checked the structural integrity. This was my first and last time ever ordering from Wayfair and I wouldn’t recommend them as a company.
