4 Stars

I bought 8 of these as extra seating around our table at Thanksgiving and I didn't want folding chairs. I would have preferred them to be an inch or so taller. They are sturdy, stylish. Edges are rough in a few spots, but not enough to pull clothes. They don't stack very well though, which is a disappointment. All in all, a great deal for the money!

Gorgeous piece, fits my kitchen perfectly! The best part is that they are incredibly easy to assemble, which I am sure you will also appreciate

disappointed

I like the design of this chair, however, it broke soon after received - we fixed it and it broke again in a different spot. The legs are weak and a poor design.

This chair is beautiful. It is sturdy and looks so sleek. I would recommend the chair for purchase. I had to purchase longer screws to put it together. The screws included were too short.

Perfect

These are great chairs. Very sturdy and I must say other than being stylish they are very comfortable. Love them!!! I think I’m going to purchase a leather one for an accent chair in the living room.

Awful and cheaply made

Purchased chairs for extra seating at Thanksgiving 2016. BUY THIS CHAIR AT YOUR OWN RISK! Chair collapsed while a 140 lb woman was sitting in the chair. Have made numerous calls to Walmart.com and the manufacturer with no resolution. The incident occurred in May, 2017, not even 1 year from the date of purchase. I started the return process in July and to date, I do not have a resolution -- back and forth between Walmart.com and the Modway, the manufacturer.

Cheap looking in person & water (?) stains

Looked like a really beautifully designed chair online, unfortunately the real chair doesn't match up. Then surface of the chair is dark wood, the edges are exposed plywood. That would be OK, but the dark "wood" surface looks like someone printed a picture of wood on a piece of paper and then glued it on. There were even little circular stains on the wood paper that appeared to be the result of some water being splashed on the wood-paper. Nice design, lousy execution. These are going back.

Love These Chairs

Somehow, even though the box was mangled, the chairs were in pristine condition. I would be giving this product 5 stars were it now for the fact that the counter-sunk holes were way off on two legs. I would have stripped the threads on the screws if I'd tried to force it. Other than that, perfect purchase. I plan on pairing them with a high-gloss white dining table.

Not perfect, but you can make it work

I bought 6 of these chairs and they look great. The wood seems strong and the chairs are pretty solid when put together. However, the connecting hardware and placement of the screws is not very precise, so out of 6 chairs only 2 sat evenly with all 4 legs on the floor when I put them together. I was able to mostly solve this problem by loosely fitting the screws, placing the chair upright with a little weight on it(some books), and then slowly tightening each of the screws a little bit at a time from below. Also, the felt pads on the bottom of each of the legs came off within a couple of days and had to be replaced. If they were 2 or 3 times more expensive I would have been a but pissed and returned them, but for the money they are pretty good. After a little work I was able to get something I liked and works well with my room(and budget). Less
