Love the table but I
Love the table but I received one of two that I ordered and paid for. I ordered the tables 1 month ago! The first one I received December 14. I have called customer service and you can only leave a voice message. They respond to email but it takes a week. Still no table. I asked them for a return label for the end table I have because I needed two and no response. Next I call my bank.

terrible experience. i have been so happy with all the other products i have purchased from here but this broke on assembly and customer service has been non existent. i even contacted them a second time voicing this concern and still waiting on replacement parts two week later

Unethical Business - BE WARNED OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Everything about the customer experience with Plank + Beam is HORRIBLE. My order was over a month delayed, customer service is intentionally challenging to get a hold of, emails are not responded to, an email form is responded to, but after five business days (their unreasonable SLA), and customer service via phone is overwhelmed and unable to make right by the customer. You can find similarly priced furniture elsewhere with an actual customer experience that holds itself accountable - Plank+Beam is NOT going to be a good experience and could be a waste of your money because of it.

Side Table
We love our bed side tables. They are very sturdy and provide a good amount of storage. Assembly was also very easy and two of them were able to be assembled in about 30 minutes!
