Do not order this bench! They will charge your CC and then never deliver the product. I ordered this bench in March of ‘24 and it’s November and I still haven’t received it and can’t seem to get a refund! Stay away!
Do not buy this bench! I purchased it early April and it said, as it currently does, that shipping would be 2-3 weeks. 7months later and I just got a notification that it was pushed back to January of ‘25. And they already charged my CC! Definitely not worth the wait, imo!!
Bench
This has been an exceptional addition to my entryway in my home! Jazzed it up with a few colorful accent pillows and I get tons of compliments. I'm all about attractive and uniqueutilitarian furnishings..this is definitely one!
Once in place, this piece didn’t have the aesthetic impact I was hoping for and for the price, the “leather” seat looked cheap, even fake. But the biggest complaint since have us the $473 return shipping and 5% restocking fee, meaning I either have to lose about $500 on the purchase and get nothing for it, or keep something I don’t love for $1000. I tried to speak to customer service about delivering it myself to a local warehouse to try to save some money on the return costs but no one has returned two messages. It’s a lose-lose situation and for that reason I don’t think I’ll buy furniture online again.
Maybe a good piece for a small area but in person it’s too small to make a real statement. The “leather” seat is either fake or cheap with an odd sort of pale mauve tone to it. I don’t love it and I don’t think it’s worth the price, but am going to keep it only because I found out the return shipping charges of $473 (yikes!) and the 5% restocking fee, would mean I loose about $500 on the purchase.
Beautiful, quality and easy to put together!
It was worth the wait! It really enhances my entry way. I added two pillows,
the leather was painted over with light brown paint that was not reflected by the advertising, the leather is very thin and poor quality, we ended up re-upholstering the bench with leather that was additionally purchased
I love the style of this bench, but I haven't been able to put it together yet because 1 corner of the back part is broken and needs to be fixed. I need to buy a corner clamp to glue it back together because it's completely loose when I received it.
