I love the looks, but I have had to return 4 very badly damaged dressers. I have requested a different delivery method from FedEX but have yet to have any success. It's a heavy piece of furniture to unwrap and box back up for return.

Arrived in perfect condition. Looks great in our space, so far no complaints!

I love how this dresser looks, however I ordered 2 dressers and over the course of 2 months received a total of 6 due to all of the dressers that arrived being damaged. While the process to return the damaged one and request a new one went smoothly, I was unable to receive a dresser that was not either majorly cosmetically damaged or actually damaged to where it wasn't functional (legs broken off, drawers broken). Additionally, you could tell that the replacement dressers I was being sent had already been opened (and likely returned) based on the box and re-taping that was noticeable. The manufacturer needs to change how these dressers are packaged.

Door are very hard to open and close

The chest arrived very damaged and smells really bad. I called Wayfair but they couldn’t help-they told that the warehouse is responsible.

I ordered this dresser and it arrived extremely damaged. The replacement came with some damage as well but we decided to keep it. The manufacturer needs to improve the padding in the box.

Looks beautiful in my room. I also purchased the matching dresser and nightstand. Unfortunately it arrived with damages in the back. Although its not structural and completely hidden on the backside it was a bit disappointing. Im sure its was damaged in delivery as I saw it being rolled instead of carried by the FedEx driver. I chose to receive a discount rather than repackage and risk the same thing happening. Overall the set looks stunning. The best part is there no assembly required.

This is a solid beautifully made piece. The drawers open and close with ease, the pulls are quality. It’s heavy and will last for years to come. Overall, well done and am very happy I bought this.

Beautiful drawer but came incredibly damaged. I don't understand why they don't offer a better delivery - I would of paid the extra money than to rely on FedEx delivery to my door. I have to keep this for now and cosmetically find a way to hide all the cracks since returning it is a nightmare - hiring ppl to take it back down the flights of stairs and packing it up is more money and its heavy [even the return will cost me at least $200-$300] Definitely a great dresser if you can hold your breath and pray the FedEx doesn't ruin it. I also wonder how long this will dresser will last since all 4 corners are cracked!!

Received damaged. It doesn’t appear to be damaged from shipping because the box was in good condition. It looks like it was like that before it shipped. I was hoping for better quality. It’s also listed as walnut but it’s mahogany

This is the perfect size chest for my bedroom! The first one I received was damaged on all corners, but All Modern has great customer service and sent a replacement quickly. The second arrived with damage as well to one corner ☹️. Again, their customer service was quick to resolve the matter.
