Beautiful but uncomfortable
These are beautiful chairs, especially with the elegant wood legs. High quality and sturdy. Unfortunately, they are very uncomfortable as the backrest offers zero support. Might as well be a stool since you cannot lean back whatsoever. After putting together one and sitting on it I knew instantly that I wouldn't be able to sit on this for more than about 5 minutes. Sadly had to return them.
Good quality chairs - imperfections on legs
Chairs are good quality (even better than pictured) and quite comfortable to sit in. The legs of my chairs had a few nicks/scrapes in them that I noticed when taking them out of the box.

These chairs are just perfect! The fabric and wood are an excellent quality and they are very easy to assemble. Our previous counter stools were too big, had a black base and the seat was two inches shorter. The walnut wooden base of these new stools is similar in color to our teak furniture. The stools take up less room and help the small counter eating area look larger. All in all, I am very pleased!
The stools appear very well made, the wood is beautiful. Only slight negative is that the seats are very firm.
I couldn't be happier! The stools are BEAUTIFULLY made, very sturdy. Easy assembly with only 4 screws. They can accommodate heavy weight. I'm thrilled with the stools and with the entire experience. They were carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Houzz. I love your site! This is the second set of these that I have purchased and they matched perfectly!
