absolutely amazing. Their products are made to last, intelligently designed, 100% sturdy, and overall just a high quality. I first bought a stroller on Amazon and it ended up breaking after two months but my new stroller even has a great warranty although you would really have to try hard to break it the quality is that good

This stroller is awesome! I love that it fits both our dogs (a schnauzer and 35 pound mixed breed pup). The ride is smooth and the option to extend the back is really nice!

Roomy and strong

The instructions could be more detailed I.e. the swivel function on the front tires. It took some time examining to realize that the nubs wouldn’t snap when pushed down. Also a diagram to show the straps and how applied. There was also a lot of plastic wrap to protect the metal finish that was difficult to come off.

Worth EVERY penny!!!!!

I've had my stroller for about 7 years now and this thing is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! I can't say enough good stuff about this company or the products. I have a small dog who has anxiety about being out in crowds, so without this stroller, I wouldn't be able to take him places. The stroller is roomy enough that I can toss my purse in with him, or he can have his buddy in the stroller with him and they aren't climbing over each other. The construction of the frame is very durable, and the tires last a very long time. I've worn them out because I use the stroller so much, but with the lifetime warranty, how can you not use it?

Fabulous Stroller

We bought the HPZ Premium Stroller. My Beautiful Border Collie Joy is now 13 and has tons of energy, but one her legs gives her a problem sometimes and she has a part of her heart that was just diagnosed as a but enlarged. She is taking a med for it but she tends to shorten her walks now if she needs to. I need to walk more (since I won't be a gym rat anymore lol) so I thought she would enjoy being out longer if I had a stroller where she could ride in her convertible after our regular walk. We have tried it once so far and she loved it. I was going to use it again yesterday but she walked way longer than I expected. We are snowbirds, so I am gong to have to pop for another when we get down there this winter because it's too big to take with in the car and I expect it would be pricey to ship. I want your prospective customers to know that this is a very high quality stroller. This is better than some kid strollers I have seen in the park! It's really fabulous. I owned my own PR business for 30 years and I am very picky about quality and customer service as well, so you have that going for you which is a good thing. Congrats on your start up and I wish you a lot of luck and I am happy that Chewy carried this so I could purchase it. I would highly recommend this. My Joy is a petite Border Collie @ 42 pounds and had plenty of room with the expanding capability - which is one of the reasons I got this particular model. I thought was a great design feature! Thanks for everything and mostly, helping Joy, the love of my life!

Grand Canyon Expedition

We bought this stroller because we needed a larger one than the one we had. We needed to be able to put our two Jack Russells in a stroller while traveling because it makes it easier to take them into businesses and restaurants. This one was large enough for them to comfortably sit and lay down where they are not all over each other. We visited our son in CA for a week and the stroller came in handy. The largest test was after CA we went to the Grand Canyon. The morning exploring, my husband walked them and I followed with the stroller :) in case they became tired (especially the larger one ;|). The afternoon exploring, they were in the stroller due to the ground temperatures. The storage pockets are great for travel water bowl and leashes as well as pet parent phones. love the shade it provides for them as well as netted ventilation and they could still observe all the happenings. The stroller folds up relatively flat and we were able to put easily behind the drivers seat of the truck since the bed had more things. It is super rugged looking too. Bottom line is the stroller is very well constructed and easy to clean after traveling (JRTs shed quite a bit). Stroller is Little Moose and Bella approved. I think this stroller will be used for future fur babies as well.

Awesome Stroller!

My dogs love this stroller! It was so easy to put together. There is plenty of room for my two toy poodles. I especially like the smooth ride on the gravel road where we walk.

Puppy Pram

I had the same stroller which developed a problem with collapsing in on the puppies. HPZ confirmed this with photos and replaced the stroller immediately and without issue other than documentation.

HPZ Stroller is the best we’ve ever owned!

Everything about our stroller and the HPZ company is remarkable! It was so easy to assemble and our little 16 lb dog loves riding in it. We initially preferred the wrong model and HPZ authorized a quick return back to our local UPS Store with an immediate credit thereafter so they could ship the correct model to our home.

The stroller frame squeaks constantly

Other than my two Pekingese dogs fitting comfortably…I am exceptionally disappointed in the HPZ Pet Rover Premium Stroller! This is my second stroller because the first one developed a terrible, constant squeak from the frame shortly after receiving it. Provided audio recording to Customer Service and they agreed to send a replacement. The second was quiet for longer than the first, but is now squeaking just as badly. For an expensive, nearly $300 stroller, this is really unacceptable. I’m not able to return or exchange. It’s been too long so this was a huge waste of my money. I will look elsewhere for a large dog stroller.

Love Stroller!

My fur babies love this stroller for long walks. They tend to get tired easily and this stroller does the trick. It’s spacious, durable and both fit perfectly!
