Assembly Unsuccessful
I'm pleased with the quality and it looks just as pictured. However, it's not easy to assemble. There appears to be missing or incorrect parts sent with the package so I haven't even been able to use it yet. I have to get help or go hunt for the right parts and call customer service. This is ridiculous. For that reason I am giving this 2 stars.
Terrible - Chrome was rusted and strangely welded together
We didn’t even finish unboxing it. The support piece of the chair was rusted and strangely welded on each foot. Questionable to say the least. I can’t even explain how bad it was. I would leave zero stars if possible.
