Beyond disappointed. After doing a lot of research, I came across these and fell in love.(flat copper) And when they were delivered, they were even better than I imagined, the copper color was just stunning. We had a cheaper black set of flatware - around $60 for service for eight, and held up for OVER 6 years with very minimal degradation in the finish. I purchased service for eight in this product (2 packs) and it was over $200. The finish has completely worn in TWO AND A HALF months. Absolutely unacceptable for this price. I did my due diligence and research to ensured these were dishwasher safe which the item clearly states. I’m unable to get a refund or return because it has been over 30 days, and customer service suggested that ‘try and sell them on Facebook marketplace’. Nobody will spend $200 on a worn out set of flatware that looks like it’s 10 years old. The butter l knives have not been used much and you can clearly see the difference between those and the others in such a pathetically short amount of time. Less

This is every bit as beautiful as advertised. I am very happy with the look and weight! I plan to use these on a daily so I will update my review in a couple months. Not sure why but I am unable to upload a photo but I would definitely recommend this gold flatware! Shari B
