Poor quality control.

I ordered 5 chairs. 4 were aligned well. l returned the first 5th one because the holes on the seat were not aligned, so the screws couldn't go in holes. l received the replacement , and now the holes drilled on the legs for pieces 6 %26 7 do not align, so now l have to return the 2nd one . It's very annoying.

good sturdy bar chairs. good value. one of the pilot holes could have been drilled better. that one was a little difficult.

I will order more next year but the only problem was getting the screws on the sides. The ones in my pack didn't fit so I have to find an alternative. Ima try wood glue. Otherwise, I love them - they're very nice and comfortable..

Love these barstools. They have feet that don't scratch the floor and comfortable padding on the seat. They were easy to put together. Website states that it holds a person 275 lbs but the instructions say it is good for 250 lbs. slight discrepancy here. But otherwise, great!

Assembly was the worst! Holes did not line up correctly. Screws stripped out while attempting to tighten. I eventually got different wood screws and made it work.

Love the bar stools. Screws are too small Won’t tighten for the legs. Easy to put together

Horizontal bars misaligned, difficult assembly

Very dissatisfied. Low quality, misaligned holes make assembly very difficult. Not all holes were pre-drilled. Horizontal bars out of line and I wasted 2 hours trying every possible way to fix. Can't return item without dissambling and wasting another hour. At least wood looks nice and stable once seated.
