Salesman

We were told one of our items was in stock and the other showed several were arriving but would be notified the next day since it takes a day to get it into the system. We asked if it would assembled when delivered and he stated yes. That we had the deluxe delivery. Well he didn't call. Heard a week later and he stated it wouldn't arrive for another two weeks. We decided to wait and have both delivered at the same time. When it finally arrived the delivery guy told me we would have to assemble it. I stated that our salesman said it would be assembled and it even stated it on our paperwork and on the email I had received. They just dropped the boxes off and left. I called the salesman and he stated it was his mistake bc they do not assemble that brand. We have bought lots of items from this store throughout the years but this time we are highly disappointed.

I love this desk

This desk was pretty easy to put together and it fits perfectly in my room. I would buy again.

Excellent desk, very nice materials and instructions to assemble were very good (not perfect). Not terribly hard to put together but took me between 2 and 3 hours--- only need a screwdriver.

Sturdy, nice looking, simple desk that my kids really like. I assembled it alone; the instructions were clearly written which made it straightforward albeit time consuming.

Very good quality. Setup was difficult in one step and definitely is a job best suited for 2 people. The finish is durable and the drawers have surprisingly strong and well functioning slides. This was a very good value for the price we paid.
