From excitement to disappointment

I was so excited to receive this item. I have had it for a little while now but it has not stood up to everyday wear and tear. The yarn was snagged in various places when I received it. The underside of the comforter started pilling after a couple days. The color washed out after I washed it the first time even after following the wash instructions. I was truly disappointed with the quality, I expected better for the price I paid. I wanted to buy this set in all the colors available because I loved how it looked online but I can’t now after seeing what poor quality it turned out to be.
