Get the longer hoses for your vacuums

Works great, no kinking, and reaches in all the places a short hose wouldnt, and having ut on my 12gal M18 vac makes so much easier to do cleanups..

This thing seems smaller than 16'. Milwaukee needs to make a longer hose so we can leave the vacuum on the floor while we vacuum stairs off. But with this so called 16' I still have to move the vacuum so it "defeats its purpose i purchased it for and it's not very flexible as the smaller hose that comes with the vacuums.

This is a great hose that is well constructed and thought out by Milwaukee. The hose obviously 16 feet and length but easy to roll up when needed. The end of the hose has a rotating head so allows for easy turning of any accessories attached to the hose.

[Rewarded Review] GOOD EXTENSION HOSE

This MILWAUKEE HOSE works great. I was able to hook it together with my Ridged vacuum hose and it hooked together easily, without any leaks. The Milwaukee hose will NOT accept my ridged fittings. The hose does work great in the sense that it extends my reach and still doesn’t loose any of the suction from the vacuum. I highly recommend this hose for any vacuum with a 1-7/8 hose.

This is a very nice, professional quality vacuum hose. It is made from a heavy-weight plastic that holds its shape even if you step on it and has a nice glossy finish that reduces friction when it turns a corner or drags on the floor. It also feels very strong and the connections are secure. There are swivels at each end so it doesn’t kink or tangle. There is a gray ring at the end to indicate that the hose diameter is 1 ⅞” diameter. This extra long hose is perfect for cleaning my big Pacifica Hybrid Minivan. I can get inside and clean the whole thing instead of jumping out to move the vacuum unit up to each door individually. Milwaukee has a wide variety of tools that work with this hose, too. I have their Automotive Kit with 2 different crevice tools and a utility nozzle with 3- different brush styles for cleaning my minivan. I also have the long reach flexible hose set that is great for vacuuming narrow spaces and even turns my vacuum into a suction pick-up tool. I also got the dust extraction adapters because I really like the way they screw right onto the hose instead of sticking onto the end and creating a long length of ends and adapters. This is perfect for table saws, router tables, stationary planers, and other tools where you move the workpiece, not the tool. Unfortunately, this vacuum hose is a little heavy so my husband will not use it with his track saw or other equipment where the workpiece remains stationary as you move the tool. He says it drags making it hard to keep his tool following an exact line at a constant speed. Instead he puts a smaller, lighter, hose on the end of this one and then attaches it to the tool. Also, this vacuum hose does not fit on the input port of the Dustopper. Right now I use a short length of an old hose between the dustopper and my new Milwaukee 16-foot hose; however, I plan to look for an adapter the next time I visit my local Home Depot store. I am thinking about getting an eye hook and a sling to attach the center of the hose to the ceiling near his workbench so the hose floats in the air above his tracksaw. However, the ceiling is over 9 feet high so I need to design a system to lower the hose while working and quickly raise it back up to the ceiling for storage. It also has to be easy to pull the hose out of the sling for vacuuming our minivan. Or maybe I should just mount the lighter hose to the ceiling and plug this one into the end of it. If I create a setup that works, I will try to post another review with photos.

!6 foot reach is awesome. I'm a painter and I mainly use it for cleaning up sanding dust around baseboards and trim. It works fantastic. Less time dragging the vacuum around. It's very flexible unlike those other hard plastic hoses that kink all the time. Very strong as well. I the Milwaukee videos they show big ole work boots stepping on it and it doesn't crush. I tried it and it doesn't. It has a swivel at each end so it won't twist up on you. Great hose.

I ordered this hose primarily for dust connection for sanders, routers, pocket hole jig, etc. With its 16 feet length I can comfortably reach most areas of my shop without needing to move the vac around. It’s also a great length for vacuuming out a car or truck.

Flexible hose made for Wet / Dry applications is just another high quality Milwaukee product that will “DO THE JOB” it is made out of very durable material that is very flexible and no doubt will survive for many years on almost any type of job site. It has Crush-resistant construction to prevent rips and the anti-static hose material helps prevent static buildup when cleaning fine particles. This Milwaukee flexible vacuum hose also has an extended length compared to the standard hose which really is a big help any time you use it! I probably have more vacuums then any one else I know and most of the shop vac style came with to short to stiff hoses that were a “pain” so a nice quality flexible longer hose is a great thing to have when cleaning up all but the smallest needs!

[Rewarded Review] Just what I needed

In my woodworking shop I have various vacuums each used for a particular function. Hose sizes range from 4 inches to 1 inch. Milwaukee's 16 ft flexible hose is helping me to connect my various machines to the best vacuum needed to get the job at hand done. It is high quality, and its length keeps it manageable. I have various adapters which enables me to match the proper port size. I am totally satisfied with this hose.

[Rewarded Review] Solves the “Hose too short” problem.

I like to keep a clean shop. Not all my tools have a dust port – so I’ve fashioned a collector system that I can move around easily. The problem always seems to be the hose is just a bit too short. This hose gives you 16 feet of maneuverability. It is well constructed, with heavy duty ends, and built tough with anti-static properties. The ends have custom rubber gaskets for improved sealing. At 1 7/8-inch diameter, its large enough for most debris to freely pass, yet compact enough for easy storage and light weight. It’s very flexible, and combined with the swivel ends, it easily adapts to any position. The hose has two-part construction, aiding to its kink resistance, a great upgrade over cheap hoses, you don’t have to worry about it kinking up when you extend it. A good value for a much-needed shop connector to your favorite HEPA vac.

[Rewarded Review] If you are shopping for an extended shop vac hose, I highly recommend this one.

Most shop vac hoses that I have used are stiff, this one is NOT. This hose is very flexible more like that of most inside home vacuums. I got this primarily to send down the air vents in the house, it works very well for that purpose. But due to its flexibility I have found it has many more helpful uses. This hose is well made and is amazingly flexible. I was able to connect this Milwaukee 1 7/8” hose to my (other brand) 2 ½” shop vac via the Milwaukee Hose and Accessory Adapter Kit for Wet/Dry Shop Vacuums 319229172 sold here at Home Depot.

This is a sturdy extra long vacuum hose made with heavy duty anti-static materials, with crush proof connectors. It offers a 16 foot length of hose. It is designed for construction use as well as use on fine particles. It offers a swivel mechanism for ease of use and avoid geting kinked. Unfortunately, it does not include a universal connection. You will need a Milwaukee shop vac (models 0910, 0920, 0930) in order to use this hose. They added a gray color ring so it can be identified as the 1 7/8 inch diameter hose. This extra long hose would be useful if you have a wood shop vacuum setup and want to only move the hose to different tools. I have a Ridgid shop vacuum with a 2 1/2 inch hose, so it may be possible to get an adapter kit so i can use this hose.

[Rewarded Review] Bigger is Better

I have one large shop vac that gets a lot of use, and now I can use that vac by moving this long hose around the shop from tool to tool, and not have to unplug and move the vac. This double thick hose should last a very long time, even with the dragging it along the shop floor. The end connectors are extra heavy and should also take a lot of use and abuse.

[Rewarded Review] Hose OK, ends not great

If you have a Milwaukee shop vac you may like this hose. I have two Rigid shot vacs and I will have to try and find a way to hook it up. I was hoping Milwaukee did not make their I connection unique but they did. The hose itself I think is nicer than Rigid hoses, the plastic seems softer and probably more durable. The small end is better, it fit my DeWalt track saw fine and might work on my Bosch sander with some tape (it goes in but doesn't really fit). I don't see any way it will work with my Festool domino. I usually use a Bosch 35mm hose on all these tools and it fits them and also fits my shop vac. The big end will not fit onto my Oneida dust deputy either. I think these connections should not be so unique.
