The package arrived completely opened. It looked like it was used to load the truck and then put back in the box and not resealed. On first use one of the wheels was bent and wobbly but I was still able to use it for the purpose I bought it for.

UPS employee for 35 years the exact same dolly we use as a delivery driver an excellent dolly moving boxes lifesaver.

I'm a retired UPS driver, and this style of handcart was my favorite for nearly 30 years. It's lightweight and has a great slide to haul heavy things up stairs. Love it.

Don't purchase! Over priced and under engineered.

It seems like changes were made after the initial design. Wheels are to big and will rub on whatever you're carrying making very difficult to move when load is heavy. The other issue is there is the support brace in there back that keeps the wheels from touching any steps you need to go up on. First you'd have to drag the aluminum brace up the step before the wheels will touch. Unusable for me. At this price point there should be zero engineering flaws.
