Best purchase ever

I can't recommend this couch enough! It's soooo comfy. We got a second ottoman to go with it and it's amazing. It looks great, the filling is enclosed in the cushions so the cover can be removed and washed without feathers going everywhere. The only thing that would make this better would be for the ottoman to open for storage.

Comfortable

This couch is very comfortable and the color is more of a light gray than a beige. My only complaint is that it moves around a bit since it doesn’t connect to each other. Other than that would recommend. However, I already talked to customer service because they sent me two left facing seats and Clarence was a lot of help throughout my process of getting it fixed. Just wished I would have enjoyed my couch with all the right pieces.

Regret this Purchase

We purchased online based on Magnolia’s reputation. Really regret this purchase. The coach is the most uncomfortable coach I’ve ever sat on. Each piece is individual so if you lay down the portion between pieces is very uncomfortable on your back. Not to mention I am not a fan of the short back. Save your money and purchase something else.

Super disappointed. For the price point I expected more from this sectional. Arrived with lots of issues…seams are pulled on most of the components and had a rip in the fabric. The sectional was well packaged and was opened very carefully so defects must be from original manufacturer. Only been using the sectional for about 1-2 weeks so skeptical on how it will keep long term due to these defects.

Decent Sectional - Quality Control Not So Much

We recently purchased this sectional after a visit to Magnolia in Waco. After about a month of waiting for the delivery (which was expected), we received all pieces, but with one glitch. The corner piece was the wrong color. We spoke briefly with Customer Service and the CSR assured me they would contact the manufacturer and/or the warehouse to see why we received the incorrect piece. While not a huge issue, one would think that after a month of prep time there would be a quality control process to avoid issues such as this. To date, we have had no follow-up from Customer Service advising us of the current status. With a reputation as big as Magnolia, one would think the customer wouldn't have to constantly call to find out when an order was going to be fixed. For the price, I hope this sectional lasts as long as my last set (~15 years).

Still no couch

I ordered my furniture on 3/20/21. I still have not received this furniture. I have an email from 7/8 saying it shipped. I have not been contracted for delivery. Disappointed.

Worried for no reason.

we ordered Monroe in charcoal and I was nervous about how dark the color would be, also unsure if this was ‘comfy’ enough for our media room. Turns out, the color is stunning (not too dark) and the cushions are the perfect blend of sink-in soft & firmness. Perfect for all the things... naps, reading, netflix, & family gatherings.

Have not received ... so not a review, but not impressed with the shipping time or updates so far

I hope to update this review with how much I love the new sectional once it arrives, however the only update I’ve received is a tracking link that hasn’t been updated in weeks, and shows it may still be in a facility in Waco. I ordered the sofa in December the week before Christmas. Looking forward to receiving it!

Classic high end Sectional!!!

Love the Mitzi Sectional! It's so comfortable. Sink into down filled cushions, that spring up when you leave. Easy maintenance and gorgeous linen. Simple design that goes with my costal/modern home! One thing....the color is more light gray natural linen than a cream linen.
