Very good value for money and blue cushions are as shown on Internet. The chairs are comfortable and easy to move around the garden in the summer months. We plan to use ours in the conservatory too in the winter as extra seating!

Crap Instructions!

How hard would it have been to write out step instructions? Not as hard as trying to put this thing together! So just pictures which is not super helpful. The stickers were falling off the panels so you had to guess based on the one dimensional drawing. The 2 side suspensions were stuck and did not move at all which made it impossible to attach to canopy! I had to spend a day trying to lubricate it and hammer at it to get it to finally move! The cushions are super thin so not much padding for comfort. Not worth the price tag and I was too frustrated to box it all back up and return so that works out in favor of the manufacturer. My suggestion would be to spare some words and give better instructions, this would improve your rating! Maybe add a video! Top, bottom, left, right is a great start along with color locators versus stickers that fall off and are useless is a plus!

Fantastic set for the price, the cushions are thick , firm and well covered in a water resistant fabric. The sofa is large and the cushion is one long panel a little difficult to store but that is not a fault just an observation.

You'll Get By

This is an OK "starter set". Took awhile to put together and even when I found an error and re-did it, it wasn't right. It's functional though. The cushions have faded already (I've had this outside less than 2 months). I wouldn't purchase this again and would wait on higher quality option to go on sale (and that I don't have to put together).

Crappy instructions

Directions are terrible, very hard to decipher and follow!!! Tried calling them and all they did was email me the same awful directions!!! I had to take it apart 3 times and still there are screws that don’t go in right or all the way. The feet are loose because of the screws not going all the way through and parts of each piece of furniture has ripped areas where the strips separated

Patio Set

Great furniture and the cushions are very thick. The only set back was that the final holes on each chair did not match up to fit the final screw. We tried all different ways leaving the rest very loosely screwed together but still had a problem with the final one. Hubby had to do a minor adjustment to the holes to make them bigger so we could slot the final one into place.

Good quality

Im very happy with this garden furniture. It was easy to assemble. The little ratchet tool that was supplied with it made it much easier to screw together. It is very sturdy, not wobbly at all and the cushions are very good too. I got the white and grey stripe and it looks lovely in my summerhouse. Comfortable too. The two footstools can double up as additional seating.

Absolutely love this garden set. The depth of the cushions was what first drew my eye. The stools make good seats for extra btm's when needed or as preferred great for sitting back and soaking up the sun in comfort.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly!

The good news is the price. Hard to beat it for what you get. The bad? One of the reviewers said their husband put this together in an hour. Not in your wildest dreams! The ugly is that unless you are a "Little Person", it looks like somethinig out of Barbies Dream House! Bottom line is that if this is what you can afford, perhaps the second hand market will get you something for average sized humans!

Lovely

There are a few bits that came off during the unpacking of the 3 boxes they came in, it was easy for me to bring them with out any help. My husband set up the set in about an hour, and has been looking great though Florida’s hot sun. I love this grey tone, it’s a much cooler tone then a warm tone which is what I wanted! Only downside that it is a short and small set, but my back yard is a small 20x12 in the area that it’s located, so it works fine for us! At the price, you can’t beat the look and appeal it gives your space! Thinking of buying another set.

Absolute Garbage

All the cushions discolored to different shades of gray in less than a week, making them look worn, tacky, and mismatched. by then end of summer, less than three months, the woven material around the frames were broken, brittle, and coming unwound, especially around the 90' bends, like on the armrests or the back support. The cushions don't stay in place. It's uncomfortable to sit or recline on so we almost never used it. The water-resistant cushions are also not water-resistant. Sitting on the balcony under and awning they absorbed water like a sponge when there was a slight summer drizzle... I can't imagine what they would be like if the water was hitting them directly!

Do NOT buy.

I ordered 2 sets. Each set comes disassembled in 3 boxes. According to instructions there should be over 100 bolts per set & 60 washers to assemble. X2 sets roughly 200 bolts and 100+ washers are needed at out this together. I received ZERO bolts/washers. No bolts were sent in either set. I called manufacturer, they sent out another 2 boxes that contain hardware. Those 2 boxes arrived today. No hardware pack included in either box. So now, I have 8 boxes of pieces of furniture and NO hardware to assemble. 2 weeks waiting, room full of pieces and no way to assemble them. Beyond frustrated! Don't waste your time on Outsunny brand. There is a big quality control issue

This item is very small. Although the dimensions are given, it is a lot smaller than it looks. I recommend measuring the area you wish to put it in. I am having surgery on my knee and was looking forward to laying out on it and recovering in the warm spring air. It's too low to the ground for me to get up and down with a knee injury. May build a platform to put it on to bring up the height. It was very difficult to put together. It is at least a 3 person job. Two people holding the pieces in place and one to screw the bolts in. Took hubby 2 days to get it together and this is what he does. He started at 930 and had to stop at 1230 for work and hadn't fully assembles the 1/2 crescent seat. Speaking of bolts, one snapped the first time I sat on it the weight capacity is well over 330 and I am way under that weight. **** ***** to the rescue. May have to change all the bolts out because they don't look sturdy e ough. My oldest son is heavier than I am, don't want it to break if he decides to sit on it. It doesn't seem to be made out of very stern stuff. I like it (don't love it due to aforementioned reasons). If it wasn't such a pain to take apart and return, I would.

This garden set is just perfect. The ordering and quick delivery was exceptional, we didn't realise that the delivery would be split over two days, but everything came, nothing missing, and the best tool ever was included to help the assembly which took my hubby around 2 hrs to complete. The cushions are sumptuously thick and the chairs are really super comfy, everything is well made and they all have super thick frames which shows a sign of quality. The foot stools allow you to put your feet up relax in comfort, and with a discount code for being a new customer the price was even more impressive, and all purchases earn you points which can be redeemed against further purchases. I will be using Aosom again. x

Keep looking...

I ordered the gray and now it is mixed gray and a mess! Really not happy at all. The sofa doesn't close well and snap together because I feel the pieces are made incorrectly. Although it claims to be all weather etc it's only been a month and has changed the color from the uv sunlight and rain. Now I'm not even sure how to go about finding covers or replacement pillows for this specific set. The ottoman pillow is held by elastic and the buttons broke immediately. This is cheaply made. Go with something better.
