It is a very nice cover it protects your Tower heater from the weather and animals

Great fit. Keeps the heater clean and dry.

The cover needs to be measured correctly at the top to fit the item. The top is not shaped in a squat like the flame cover. So when you put the cover on and try to pull or fit it properly, you could bend the flame cover.

Guests were pleased with the heating.. Both heated the area perfectly.

poorly made, came with tear

Had a tear upon purchase. Fixed myself as returning was a pain. Wish i had returned because after one season the entire thing fell apart. The fabric is so cheap it just tears and shreds

Fair warning ! If you use this patio cover you’ll want to anchor the heater to the ground. It makes a great wind sail as well. Overnight wInd caught the heater with cover on it and knocked it over. Had to buy a new glass tube.

This Home Depot internet posting for the cover has mislabeled specs for this model. It says it is for a 36 inch diameter, but the box that this model came in says it's a 23 inch triangle top and a 25 inch triangle base. So this cover did not fit the heater I ordered it for because it has a round 35 inch top.

Safety tilt switch was broken. Hiland customer support were great...

Safety tilt switch was broken. Hiland customer support were great at walking me through by-passing the tilt switch, telling me that getting a new control box would take too long. However, now my patio heater doesn’t have the safety tilt switch which is needed if the heater tilts or falls over. Not sure what I should think, understanding that outdoor heaters are in high demand, Hiland knowing that this tilt switch breaks alot in delivery and by-passing it is the norm.
