Poor quality and uncomfortable

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I don’t leave reviews for items ever. Even if items aren’t the best. But this blew my mind. This is the worst mattress I have EVER laid on. I’m not picky with mattresses at all. Firm, soft, in the middle, I don’t care. But this is awful. It came in a box which I knew ahead of time, and per the instructions on listing I waited 72 hours for it to fully puff up. After it did, I was sorely disappointed. There is the thinnest layer of “foam” between the springs and the top. The listing reads as a hybrid mattress with foam in between the springs and the top. You can completely feel each individual spring. I’m not even a large person. 5’5 and 130 lbs. And I can still feel it all. It’s supportive I guess, but not in a comfortable way. I’d rather sleep on the floor than this. It’s also overall just extremely poor quality. The “foam” that there is very uneven through out the mattress. It gathers together in some places thicker and in other places feels like nothing. There is the thinnest layer of fabric covering the sides of the mattress. So thin you can feel each individual layer of the springs that are on the edges. In terms of the bed frame, I haven’t even opened it. Hoping I can find a way to return them, but I’m doubtful as the mattress is already out of the box and no longer sealed. Overall a complete waste of money. Stay away from this item. Less

Awesome

Awesome. The mattress is extremely comfortable and great quality. The headboard and frame are beautiful. The upholstered look is beautiful and is very well made and great quality. It takes our bedroom to the next level and this company is great to work with with and goes the extra mile for customers.

Big Bright Brighton

This bed and bed frame look awesome, after completion. The quality is about an 8 out of 10. A couple of minor imperfections that I quickly got over. The screws and holes don’t always match up, but I still was able to put it together. I did not install the middle support; rather put my new adjustable bed frame in it. Overall I am happy with this purchase. It brings awesome style to my bedroom.

Great bed!

This bed is exactly what I needed. Sturdy but looks super cute in my room. I got the king size bed which was easy to put together. The quality is great for the price. I’m thinking about buying again for the guest room

Been needing this for a while

We've been needing a new bed for a while. Our old bedframe and mattress was old (like REALLY old) and we wanted something new and comfortable. The frame came with pretty good instructions and looks like the picture. The mattress is very comfortable. Hopefully I won't need another bed for a while but I would recommend this to anyone searching.

Classic look and very comfortable

I have been using this bed for a while now and am very pleased. This bed is extremely comfortable to sleep on. In addition, the neutral color goes very well with my carpet and wall color. I wake up well rested and would consider the mattress a medium firm. In terms of putting the set together, it was super easy. The directions were intuitive and required only a few tools to complete. The entire process took less than an hour. I definitely recommend this bed. It is great for everyday, a guest room or if you have a college student in an apartment or house.

LOVE THIS!

We got this for my son's room and he loves it. He's a teenager and it has a masculine feel, but is not overpowering. He lays on his bed a lot, and this is comfortable - the dogs even love to lay on it! It was easy for my son and I to put together, it took about 1.5 hours. It could be assembled by one person, but really is a two person job. No extra tools were needed. Overall, great bed!

Absolutely gorgeous!

Brighton King Size Tufted Upholstered bed is stunning. It's beautiful gray color goes with any decor. The directions to put it together could be a little more descriptive, but we figured it out. It's a low bed so no having to climb up a mountain to get into bed. The mattress comes rolled up, just carefully cut off the plastic and let it fluff. It's very comfortable and we're happy to own it!

Exceeded expectations

I was surprised at how great the quality was on this frame and mattress. I didn’t have high expectations for a bed that came with its own mattress but I will admit I was wrong. It did come in a million pieces which was intimidating and was a lot to put together but the trick we found was to start putting the boards together in the middle and work other way out. Once they were all on there though, it’s solid as a rock. The mattress came rolled up tight. You slit the bag out and it unrolls itself . I was surprised by how this it actually was once out of the wrap. And it’s super comfortable!!!!! It’s more comfy than by $$$$$ mattresses we have on other beds. Got to put in the guest room but already wishing it was for ours. The thick boards around the bottoms eliminates the need for a bed skirt which is always a bonus. And black is so easy to style with. Can add various other patterns and colors into the room. Overall I’m extremely pleased with this bed! Less

My bedroom is complete

I got this sample of Brighton King Size Tufted Upholstered Platform Bed in Dark Gray Fabric with 10 Inch CertiPUR-US Certified Pocket Spring Mattress from Tryit and in return am writing this review. O got the bed and mattress on the same day. Luckily I had help to bring inside my home. My husband and I spent about hour and a half setting it all up in our bedroom. I love the upholstered headboard as it goes with my decor. We got the mattress unpacked, took off the plastic carefully. The mattress immediately stared to fluff out to cover the king size frame. We let it set out all day and slept on it that night. The mattress was very comfortable for me and have had no issues with sagging or it being too soft.
