Missing a gas tube on one of the chairs. Tried to contact manufacturer but they did not response. Please help.

Works great. Looks fantastic against our counters, and hydraulics work flawlessly. Worked out really well.

Comfy and groovy

I would 100% recommend these AMAZING barstools! Tons of compliments on the stools and the most comfortable I've ever sat in! They swivel, the height is adjustable with a lever underneath and a great foot rest. The look is fabulous! Don't hesitate!

Great chairs

I would have given a rating of 4.5. Handsome, sturdy, smooth working, comfortable chairs. My only pet peeve is that it's hard to get them both the exact same height. The mechanism is very sensitive.

Very stunning and eye catching bar stool. The seats make you sit upright and they curve around you when seated. They are taller than my island counter top (that's my fault for not measuring) so I cannot push them under, but again minor. Overall very pleased and everyone has asked where I got them, they love the look and color of them.

The chairs are beautiful in design yet they did not come as pictured. Upholstery was a grey tweed, not black as stated.

Lovely Barstools

Lovely barstools that look even better in person then they do in the pictures they are nice quality and were very easy to assemble the height is adjustable & they spin in a 360

I would of rated this a five star but the bases of 2 out of the 4 I purchased were scratched. I felt for the price and the hassle to return it was better to just keep them. They look great and every thing from the ease of putting them together and their look was perfect. Great quality minus the scratched bases only on two.

Excellent Bar stools

Excellent product. Got very good appreciation from my friends. The bar just looks great with these chairs. Was very easy to assemble and install. Very strong and expensive looking.

Color off a little but good quality

I thought the seats were white but there are definitely cream. The chair is good quality but I should have purchased the grey because the white is not white.

Surprisingly durable

These held up great. It was a gift for Christmas to our kids. They have 2 children and they are holding up well with all of the rough and tumble of small kids.

Horrible quality

After a year of regular daily use chairs are falling apart, metal parts came off, veneer part is heavily scratched and PU seats show signs of wear
