Stylish and a little bit "not the usual" design

Super easy to install. They look great. One thing to be aware of is the length once they're installed, because of the angle, they may end up a little shorter than you expect.

Wonderful! Especially for the price! They look high end, are working perfectly, and feel sturdy. The set screws on a couple were so tight we couldn’t really use them but it hasn’t been an issue for us especially if you use the proper drywall anchor. I’m super happy with these considering I was looking at others before getting these for ONE hook for the price of this set. Buy them!

The two pieces of this book do not fit together tightly. When tightening the setscrew to connect them the pieces don’t align properly because the set screw is it a different angle. As such it won’t fit to the wall seamlessly. The bottom pulls out exposing the attachment. Defect in design. Not a clean look

Really cute, not really stable

Instructions are lacking. It doesnt tell you that you need to unscrew the baby screw so you can take the mounting piece off to screw to the wall. Once thats done you put the peg over it.

Easy to put up

I use these to hang my ball caps. Aesthetically pleasing on my wall. I put up to 2 hats on each hook, but it could fit 3.

The Franklin Brass Modern Slant 2/1/4 in. Satin Nickel and White Single Prong Hook in pure white and satin nickel is not what I would expect for 'modern' to be. I think they are 'Minimalistic' or 'Just The Right Thing' as I have chosen to use them. I don't have a 'coat closet' so I made one! They are going to be perfect or Just The Right Thing. They will look nice and serve a purpose!

What else can I say, it’s a hook. Installing is easy, the only tools needed are a tiny flat head screw driver for the set screw and a Phillips screw driver or drill with Phillips bit. The screws are a little on the longer side. I mounted mine on a inch thick strip of oak and the screw sticks out about 3 quarters of an inch. Seems like it can hold a winter jacket or heavy leather with no issues.

I picked up these modern “hooks” to hang various items around the house. I love the look of them, sort of remind me of a shotgun shell look. The design is very modern. The item itself is a nice size, good enough to hang coats, bags, just about anything you want from it. They are super easy to install, as they only require one screw per “hook”. My main issue is they do not secure to the dry wall firmly with just a screw. Things are slightly better with a wall anchor, but the “hook” still has a wobble or jiggle to it. Your best bet is to hit a stud, but that obviously limits how you can hang them in a manner that makes them useful, at least for me that is the case.

These are super cute pegged style coat hooks, which are versatile enough to be used in a multitude of ways. In the kitchen it could hold aprons. Next to the front door it could hold dog leashes. In the bathroom it could hold a robe. The sleek design is unobtrusive and can be installed virtually anywhere. *The instructions omitted an important detail on how to detach the hook base from the hook assembly without scratching the beautiful finish. It wasn't clear to me how to separate the pieces, because the entire assembly was quite tight and formfitting. I searched and found a reviewer who experienced the same problem as me when trying to separate the base from the main assembly. The other reviewer used a flat-head screwdriver to wedge the base out of the main assembly. I tried that idea, but was unsuccessful in prying it out. I grabbed the closet thing within reach, which happened to be the mounting screw, and it worked like a charm. So, here are details on how to remove the base from the main assembly.

This is a nice modern slant hook. The hook is well made, three inch in length by one inch in diameter hook. The actual hook length, to hang items, is two and one quarter inch. This has a nice black and champagne finish that can be combined with any decor. The hook comes with a screw for an easy DIY install. I used #8 e-z drywall anchors to install the hooks, since my placement of the hooks didn’t align with any studs. DO NOT screw directly into drywall without screwing into a stud or using drywall anchors. The installation bracket has a small pin to penetrate the drywall, which will prevent the hook from turning. The hooks have a 35 pound maximum weight capacity, if screwed into a stud. I don’t plan on hanging anything heavier then jackets or coats, so I don’t foresee any issues with weight. These hooks spruced up mud room, giving me additional hooks to hang items. Overall I am happy with these hooks and recommend these, if you are looking for a nice modern hook.

Brass and white slant hook are incredible the look and heaviness is unbelievable. They are very sturdy and look awesome. The ease of install is great one screw and a little pin on the mounting plat keeps them straight and small flat screwdriver done. I used these for hat racks but, I am going to get some more for my wives coffee bar I am building her and using them for coffee mug hooks they will be great. You will love these hooks excellent material and material. Franklin Brass out did themselves.

These are very stylish and modern hooks. I liked the brass base mixed with the wood hook. It comes with a screw for mounting onto a wall with a stud directly behind it. Please note that it does not come with wall anchors to mount on drywall without a stud directly behind it. I mounted one of the hooks onto my door (see pictures). Though it came with instructions, this hook is relatively easy to figure out. Pretty easy to mount, too. Please note that on the base that screws onto the wall, there is a little round bump that protrudes out. It is used to help keep the base from spinning when screwing onto a wall. On a drywall, this should not be a problem because you would need to make sure this bump digs into the wall to keep the base from spinning during installation, but it would also need to dig into the wall so that the base, and entire hook, would sit flush against the wall. In my case, it was difficult to get the little bump to dig into my door, so the the hook does not sit entirely flush. Still, these are pretty nice hooks.

The Franklin Brass Modern Slant 2 1/4 inch single prong hook is very well made and easy to install. Just drill a pilot hole and mount the base to the wall with a single screw, slip on the prong and tighten with a set screw. I Used the white one in our laundry room to hang clothes on after taking them out of the dryer. The prong does swivel after it is installed on the base. It looks great and the wife loves them.
