Just a little wobbly if you use the chain to turn it on and off but even with every shelf full of books it never seemed like they were going to break or that it would tip over. Use a switch for on/off and it’s great

Dont Buy it

It’s a hard time assembling the lamp one of the screws are damage order replacement had the same issue

Nice lamp, difficult to put together.

Once I got the lamp put together it’s pretty nice but getting it put together was a pain. One of the screws would not fit so I had to contact QVC, they sent a replacement lamp. For the price of the lamp though the pieces seemed cheap, it looks nice now that it’s put together.

Not Brown

Description says it's supposed to be brown, but had to return since it's black as can be. Judging from the other reviews they have the color wrong.

Missing Parts and No Contact Available

Similar to another post, it came with a missing screw so I’m unable to put it together and there is no way to contact them about the missing parts. Very inconvenient for as long as you wait to receive the product.

Trash

Had to return due to not even being able to put it together due to poor quality components. Also, the shelves had damage (scratches and flecks of wood missing) right out of the box.

Good for 6 months

After 6 months of reasonbale usage, the pull to turn the light on has broken. The chain separated from whatever it was connected to and is unrepariable as far as I can tell. In the future, I'll think twice about products that only offer a 30-day Warranty. Very disappointed.

Bad design

Poor design using a pull chain to turn on and off. Chain gets hung up in hole provided and breaks inside of bulb housing

I loved the lamps!! I thought they were going to look different but I loved it! They are very comfortable, and spacious and they and they were perfect in my room.

need a shade

i bought this lamp (2, to have a pair) a few yrs back and they've always been dim so i tried clear bulbs and it fixed the problem on one but not the other, because the other shade is considerably darker than the other, i wanted to know if i could get a shade (its yellow rather than white/linen color). makes the room look darker on one side. i need help

Not a good quality product

This lamp is poorly made. The hardware was not properly machined and we were 4 screws short.

Save your money

Just received my lamp today, It was supposed to be brown but it is black. Decided to put it together and keep it anyway only to get to the end and find out that the screws were stripped and I cannot complete the construction. Waste of money.

Poor construction/assembly quality

Overall okay and looks nice for the price. All 4 caps meant to cover the screws on the very top were too big and could not be used at all. Wing nut washer for connecting the socket assembly is super visible and takes away from the look of it.

Pull chain broke - lamp is unusable now

I loved the looks and light that this lamp emitted- soft but strong light and nice looking overall. But the pull chain to turn off the light broke off with very little pull. Sad :(

Over all good lamp

Came together nicely. Some parts were a bit uneven. But as things tightened up. It straightened up. I had bought another version, of this lamp online. That one was a plastic base. Very wobbly. The base and formation of this lamp, is very solid. It doesn’t wobble when you put things on it.

Looks great

I think it’s a little expensive for the quality but I do love it. Looks great in the new living room!
