Great Product & AWESOME Murray CSR Staff!

The Planter is exactly as represented, pictured, &expected. Highly recommend if looking for this type of Item.At Pick-Up I went into the Murray KY Store straight to the Customer Help (Return/Pickup) Desk and thankfully was assisted by a gentleman (wish remembered his name) who made the process EZ-PZ and the Item was retrieved from the back and ready to rock when we came back through from gathering the rest of the little Landscaping Project we needed. He even allowed us to leave the Box it came in with them since it would only fit in the small truck bed with the rest of the stuff by itself without added box bulk. All around A+, by the numbers, Outstanding experience and ALL due to the guy at that desk that morning (unfortunately not the case in the past at the same store from other "Service Reps"). Kudos to him & Thanks Much!.Hopefully a Murray Lowes Manager will see this, research to see which Associate was at the Desk on Sunday, June 9th at @ 9:00 a.m. and at the very least pass this along to him and shake his hand for me, Lowes-Murray, & the Corp as a whole. Less

Planters color and texture are very consistent. Bottom has 3 drain holes which should keep soil from staying to wet.

The size and quality were exactly what I wanted!

This is a flawed product. Not worth the money.

This product arrived damaged. I ordered and received 2 of these. Both of the planters had chips in the finish that were unsightly. Also, since the finish is chipping and flaking off upon delivery, it is unlikely that it will not get worse. Allthough Lowe's boasts a 90 day return policy, the hassle to return these bulky items and wait for new ones is very frustrating.

Product has a ‘sticky’ surface. Not as expected.

I am concerned about this trough planter. Love the design; however, the product seems cheap and not durable. It is very light weight. It has a ‘sticky’ - ‘tacky’ feel to its surface, not a ‘dry’ surface. Weird. Not at all what I expected for the price.

I haven’t planted anything yet but I like the little ok of the. I appreciate that they aren’t heavy.

I searched all over town for large scale planter boxes and was so happy to find these online. I ordered two large rectangular planter boxes and the matching round one for our patio. They’re beautiful, durable, and lightweight. I highly recommend this product because it’s difficult to find this size at most garden centers for the same price.

Good looking, time will tell re durability

Bought three planters for under windows in garden area. Delivery was quick. Item is lightweight which is a boon for adjusting and trying various placements. Returned one which was a bit chipped in one small area on delivery, but it also turned out the size and bright white look of the planters would have made three overwhelming anyway. Return at the store was quick and easy. The planters are a fine addition to the area, will display trailing rosemary well. We'll be watching to see how they hold up against the occasional nick by shovel or trowel -- it appears the white surface treatment is very thin, easily chipped, and it's unclear how strong the construction material itself is.

Awesome planters! Very light and look great. Would recommend.
