Not very comfortable

Smaller than expected. Less comfortable than expected. I am 5'8" 185lbs male. Off center connectors between seat and back piece made assembly challenging. Packaged well with sçratched paint on base which was touched up using furniture paint stick from HD. Fair value in today's inflationary environment but would not order again.

Beautiful Italian Leather Recliner & Ottoman Set

We ordered 2 Milano Recliner Chairs with Ottoman sets and they are beautiful! The leather is soft and a beautiful blue. The chairs have nice mechanics and are comfortable. They are a great alternative to a traditional recliner and are sleeker than some of the Scandinavian alternatives. We purchased the recliner sets for a couple who range in height from 5"8 to 6 feet and the set fits them both comfortably.

Great quality for the price. The chair is well constructed and the materials used in construction are top rate. I would recommend this chair and ottoman to anyone looking for a euro recliner.

Great leather recliner!

This is a great leather recliner. It is well made, has nice leather and is a good neutral taupe color. Be aware that it is not good for a tall or large person.

This is a gift. It won’t be opened until Christmas. It arrived quickly and box is in good condition.

Easy to assemble. Comfortable recliner, little more compact than expected. I’m 5’6” average size and chair fits well, a taller/heavier person might look at other options. . FedX was a nightmare, might upgrade shipping next time.

Very comfortable chair and ottoman. We ordered two of them. The only negative is that the handle for the recliner is underneath the chair rather than on the side so it is a little difficult to get to.

Broke in Less than two years

The solder completely broke in less than two years. Very disapointed.

Packaging was compact and easy to transport. Chair assembly was really simple- no tolls required. Chair is gorgeous and well-made and very comfortable! My cat especially approves!

Easy assembly, but not very high quality. The color looks pretty similar to the pictures, but you can feel the lack of quality when sitting in the chair.

Chair is OK - but material is not at...

Chair is OK - but material is not at all like leather and the back cushions are not as comfortable as I'd hoped. I find I have to use a pillow for my head when I recline or it isn't comfortable.

This chair isn't all it's advertised to be

Chair broke after a few months. Got this in 2018 and threw it away in 2021. It's not a solid product. The chair sits on a pole so it can swivel around. That broke a few months after I had it with no way to fix. The chair was basically "floppy" falling almost all the way to the floor no matter which direction you leaned. You could sit still in it to watch TV but your legs were balancing your weight in the chair. No way you could eat, read or nap in it. It would sway to one side then hit the floor. The material is a cheap vinyl which is sticky in the summer and ice cold in the winter. "Modern Leather" is about the most misleading title I could think of. The foot stool is tilted in an awkward direction. I could never figure out which side to turn it to fit my legs best, sloping down or sloping up. It isn't adjustable. This item is way overpriced even if it didn't break. I kept 3 years but never used it once it broke. Do not buy, I can't recommend.

very nice looking, but is not comfortable sitting for a long time. Harder to put seat together we are seniors and you needed to be very strong to screw in bolt with clip
