This could have been a 5 star if theres no defect. I was able to get a good support from customer service though.
Lamp shade does not come assembled and is near impossible to position the hoops correctly. Not recommended.

we got this for our living room & it is perfect for our space. you assemble it yourself after it is delivered. the instructions are straight forward & really easy to follow. it took me maybe 15 min max to put together. if i ever need a floor lamp again i'll purchase this exact one!
