The stand does not stay together. It must be hammered every few days because it keeps coming apart. Only use it for hand towels but they seem to be too heavy. Would not recommend this item.

It is a sturdy piece. Assembly was easy. You can put upto three medium towels for drying. I placed it outside on the deck with open air, but it is showing signs of rusting already within a month. So have to be careful with that.

This was impossible to assemble. None of the pieces fit together correctly and I returned it immediately. Home Depot should be embarrassed to sell this product.

Easy to put together. Holds medium bath mat, lets it dry and keeps it off the floor so mat doesn't get dirty from shoes stepping on it. Keeps mat ready for use for the next bathing "step down".

While this towel holder is sturdy once put together. It took me over an hour to pins the two corner elbows that attach the long metal rails to the top holders. The elbows are the exact same size and dot slide into the top rail. I had metal shavings from trying to get the elbows to go into not the pole and top rail. I thought was going to either break or bend one of them, or hurt myself attempting to get them to go in. Ridiculous.

Not sturdy after some usage

Followed instructions, using a mallet as indicated, even with a towel to reduce scuffing, but the pieces are so flimsy it cracked when I hammered. If wayfair won't take it back, it's going in the trash.

Made cheap but does the job

It's really cheaply made. The pieces don't fit together easily. And it bends. But it does the job
