Love, Love, Love this machine!

I have a shore house in NJ, and during the summer we are blessed (?) to have lots of guests. We have this machine on our coffee bar in my home and it's been going strong for 4 years. To date it's provided over 7000 brews of different sizes without any failure of the machine. Rarely, there has been a pressure problem which is often due to someone brewing a cup of coffee with a very small grain size (eg espresso). A simple cleaning and flush usually mitigates the problem.

Superior Commercial Coffee Brewer

Great commercial coffee brewer is streamline and easy to operate & maintain. It has a very large water reservoir and also can be connected to a water line. Replaces an older commercial brewer. Love that it goes into sleep mode when not in use and easy to wakeup by just the touch of the screen. No need to worry about auto turnoff/on.

Nice machine but plumbing fixtures/support lacking

The coffee machine is nice and compact and being plumbed makes if perfect for a small office. However, if you don't order the filter kit, you don't get any tubing or fittings to connec the machine to water. We purchased the filter kit AND, it still did not come with a diverter valve for the under the sink connection. That and some tubing should be included with the machine whether or not you purchase the filter kit.

The Keurig 2500 commercial series, coffee maker

Several months ago I purchased from the kitchen barista the car 2500 coffee maker that I plumbed into my kitchen. When I made the purchase of this unit which the kitchen barista gave me a fantastic price on there was second to no one. I also purchased a filter that is attached to the rear of the unit then I took it one step further and I purchased.the Waterdrop TSA 8 Layer Under Sink... filtration unit. So my plumbing went through the water filtration unit then it went into the Keurig 2500 filtration unit on the back of the coffee maker and from there it entered the coffee maker. I will tell you this I was so happy to have installed this unit this keg 2500. It makes a fantastic cup of coffee. I don’t use premade coffee pod, I bought a half a dozen of the pods on Amazon and I filled them with Cameron‘s coffee of Minnesota I really enjoyed the breakfast blend. This coffee pot has been the High Point for me every morning since it was installed. I look forward to at least one cup most of the time 2 cups of coffee at breakfast. It was a real pleasure shopping for this unit through the kitchen barista I saved a lot of money and I also saved taxes. I enjoy watching the kitchen barista on YouTube. They have great programs featuring many different coffee makers. I will tell you when you coffee and it’s into the plumbing and you have to fill it again with water. That is the greatest reward you could give yourself, I had a fantastic experience buying from the Kitchen barista I would rate the kitchen barista a five star operation. Do not hesitate making a purchase from them you will be quite pleased.

Keuring Brewer K2500 - great machine

Great machine. Easy to set up and use. We bought the separate water tank but still have the option to connect to a direct water source. The touch screen has more size options and an option to make the brew stronger. Machine has an automatic shut off feature so we don't have to worry about the machine overheating. Would definitely reccomend this machine

Why does it turn off!?!?

Finally thought I'd found the perfect Keurig... It will remember your preferred settings! It plums into the wall! It looks great! No fluf... but then... The second day you have it you'll regret it. Want a quick cup in the morning? Too bad! You gotta wake it from sleep. Then wait 5 minutes for it to warm up. Oh what's that you say? Just put the kcup in and hit the button? Who cares if it takes a few extra moments? Hahaha! DOUBLE too bad. You have to stay right next to it for it too warm up. THEN put the kcup in. NOT BEFORE YOU IDIOT! Who would possibly want easy coffee in the morning? Clearly not anyone that is willing to pay $$$ for what could have been an amazing coffee maker. Idiots.

Fantastic

I am really enjoying my Keurig K – 2500 Commercial coffee maker. I bought this for my kitchen coffee bar. I have a Phillips 4500 and I have a Keurig K-155 I just switched with The K 2500. I enjoyed setting up the K2 500 I plugged everything so that both coffee machines now have freshwater whenever they need it without having to go to the sink on the 2500 the optional water filter, and I placed in before the coffee pot. The water filtration system, which consist of three different filters goes into the fourth filter, which is the coffee pot filter in the back of the Keurig. I set it up so that this filtered water will be shared by both units. The clean of the water the less cleaning going to have to do to your units use my coffee in the Keurig and I use the perfect pod to fill it. I found my own blend beats all the different companies that are selling products. I’m very happy I do like my coffee hot so after my coffee is made, I put it in the microwave for another 20 seconds , if you do have the space in your home and you’re thinking about plumbing your coffee pot, this is the unit to buy there are other commercial units but this is the right size and it performs very very well. This is definitely a five star unit and I do recommend it. Do you want to save money the kitchen barista and Canada is the place to shop. I know I’ll be enjoying this unit for a long time. Less

This is a great little upgrade!

I bought this to upgrade the old commercial coffee maker that had begun leaking. I love the plumbed option, so we don't ever have to worry about filling a reservoir. I chose the professional install option as well and had this fully installed within a week of delivery and they took the old one back. I love this machines size, its about half as big as our old one and saves so much counter space. The touch screen is nice with several options and I like that this machine does not have the catch tray inside for used K-Cups because that always got gross.

Excellent Machine very much worth it

I now own two of these brewers in my home. No more loading the reservoir after brewing a few cups of coffee. Filters and direct water line attached to rear of machines. I love the Keurig product line of machines and availability of all types of coffee, tea, and other beverages for their brewers. Couldn't be happier! I've been buying my K-cups from Keurig directly through their autoship for over 15 years. Never had a problem and the cost has always been reasonable.

Was Good, then it just stopped working

Bought this because it was a commercial unit for My Wife and I. 5 or 6 coffees a day through the week and a few more on the weekend. Worked great for 18 months, then it quit completely, screen won't come on. Just like it isn't plugged in, verified the power at the outlet too.

Terrible machine and worse Keurig support

Will not brew accurately. Always short brews. I brewed two 12oz cup sizes into a 17 ounce tumbler. Both brews together filled up the tumbler maybe three fourth of the 17 ounce tumbler. Obviously at least 8 ounces short of 24 ( 12 + 12 = 24). Keurig help is worthless and basically non-existent. Called Keurig several times and absolutely no help. They give you a number to call that no one ever answers. Worthless

The good, the bad and the ridiculous!

I replaced my broken Commercial K150P which I loved, with the 2500. The good is that it is sleek looking, much lighter, repairable, much more quiet, nice screen and has a dark brew option.

A Total Engineering Failure! K-2500

Brand new K-2500. No mention in any literature or marketikng piece that afer I use the machine it was designed to "go to sleep." So now, I wake up and I have to go "wake up" my Keurig and wait on the water to heat befor I can brew a cup of coffee. So what has alway been the 1 minute cup of coffee in the mornings is now the 5 minite cup of coffee. It's pure insanity. I own 4 commercial Keurig machines and 7 residential units for rental properties. I buy K-cups by the cases. I honestly think I'm done with Keurig. This is the most lame and archaic design feature I've ever seen in the history of Keurig. You may have taken a step forward but you've taken 5 backwards with this new "design feature". Simply unbelieveable. Incidentally, you also took all the clearance away between the top of a standard coffee cup and the dispensing spout. What were you possibly thinking... and who in their right mind signed off on this???

Hurry up and wait…and wait

We bought this machine for our home so we could have an always-ready, plumbed coffee maker. While the machine seems to brew well, it’s never ready to go. Unless you’ve just made a cup within the last few minutes, you have to wake the machine by touching the screen—and then wait for it load its menu and warm the water (neither of which is done quickly). Only then can actually see/press the brew button on the screen. So there’s always a lot of staring at a blank screen, listening to the water heat, and waiting for the ability to start your brew before you can walk away and let the machine do its thing. In this regard, the regular home units are much better. Those allow you to just press a physical button and do other things while the machine warms and brews. For as much money as the K-2500 costs, it should be at least as good as the cheaper models.

Great new addition to the Keurig family.

I just recently purchased this coffee maker to replace a standard home Keurig brewer. I have had my share of machines but this one takes the take. Although it is expensive, it's very well built and the addition of a touch screen makes this that much more premium. I like the fact that you have the option of plumbing it or using the reservoir which is the route I chose and the fact that it is super quiet when heating and when brewing. Probably the quietest Keurig I have ever owned. This machine is almost perfect, I do have some "cons" to add here, one of my biggest issues with the K2500 is the lack of a clock and a way to have the machine auto turn on to heat up before I have to work in the morning. I think for this price point that should have been included in the software, bringing me to my next point. Since this machine is able to be updated via USB, it would be fantastic to have software that enables the auto on feature as well as add a clock. It seems it can be done, so I will have to hold out to see in the near future. The settings are password protected, which is fine but I think the menu system is a little clunky. There is a manager menu and a technician menu and really I think they should have been under the same category. Most of the functions in there are your basic settings like temp, default brew size, etc. That being said, I really like this coffee brewer, built quality is top notch and the touch screen is really cool (not sure why they got rid of some of these features on newer machine). I highly recommend this unit not only for small office settings but for home use as well.

I miss the K150P!

As you probably know, the K150P model has been discontinued. The ones that I have been able to find on eBay were 'open box', and I didn't want the headache of returning it. I have had two K150P 's, and they each lasted 2-3 years. Never liked the fact that the parts weren't serviceable, but now you are forced to upgrade to the K-2500.
