bed quality And wrong item

The item is not what we purchased - was advertised as faux leather but what we got was a cloth based stool which is simply unacceptable. And the stool up cushion so so soft. We will be returning the items. Waste time…

outstanding addition to my bar area

These barstools are easy to assemble are are substantial when seated, not wobbly or weak. They look more expensive than what I paid, wish I had shopped sooner.

Easy to put together, great looking stools

Love my new stools. Seem flimsy at first glance. May want to use your own tools, which I did. Took me less than 45 minutes to put them together myself. Scared they wouldn’t hold my weight, but my 300 lb brother sits in them fine. Legs looks great, cushion is comfortable.

Wobbly and reddish brown wood

I thought it be a dark brown but the wood is red.

Would Not Recommend

These stools are very poor quality, couldn't even put together. Had to ship them back & had to pay $35 to ship. Wouldn't reimburse me the $35. 😡

Terrible Quality!

Do NOT buy these stools!! I have assembled numerous pieces of online furniture and have never had a problem like these. I even had an experienced woodworker come to assist, and he could not do it either. Acknowledged that they are poorly made as the screws would not stay in. I finally resorted to wood glue, and it still didn't provide enough stability for me to have enough confidence for people to sit in them. Macy's does not accept instore returns (unlike all the other places I bought online furniture from) so I am stuck with them. I don't even feel good about giving them away. Shame on Macy's for carrying such an inferior product. I have bought several pieces of furniture from Macy's Home Store before and found it to be quality. I no longer have that same trust in the products they are choosing to sell.

Very sturdy , easy to put together , had cloth Velcro closure underneath seat to hide hardware after install . Will definitely buy more .

The stool is easy to assemble. It has a cushion and a nice wide seat, so it’s comfortable. I have a grey and white kitchen with hardwood floors, and it matches quite well without clashing. Perfect for my needs.

The quality and price of the product is very good. Unfortunately, the description is incorrect. It is listed as a counter stool, but at 29" it is actually a bar stool. The comparable 24" stool is listed as a bar stool, but 24" is actually counter height. I have requested a no cost exchange and will see if the seller will accommodate that request. Due to weight and size, these three stools will be expensive to ship back to the seller and I believe the mistake is due to their error in listing the product.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Definitely not worth buying. Sat in them twice and screws were falling out. The wooden pieces where u would put ur feet fall off. And most of the chairs wobble. As if they are uneven.

They look ok, but literally the second meal in the chair, two screws fell out. Not sure how long they'll last - spend a little more so you don't have to replace them in two months.
