I really wouldn't know as you sent the wrong rug three times before I got frustrated and requested a refund

I love my rug it looks fantastic in my living and it was delivered fast. Very pleased.

Carpet is much thinner than anticipated, and came damaged with a thread pulled out of place in the weft. For whatever reason I literally cannot return this item but I can return others on my order despite it being ripped and the website won’t even let me delete this review. I’d try to complain to a person but all they have is a chat bot.
