Love, love, love these chairs. I was looking for chairs to replace mid-century modern teak chairs that would still complement my teal dining table. These 4 chairs did the trick! The legs even match the teak color of table and the look is very dramatic. And the chairs are so comfortable!

My husband and I bought 6 of these attractively designed chairs. However, the finish on the wood veneer portion is very rough in places - on every chair. We were hoping that Raymour & Flanagan would either fix the problem, replace the chairs, or take them back and refund our money. A technician came, looked at the chairs, and said the roughness was normal. The company called later that day to tell us that we needed to contact the showroom for further assistance. My husband went to the showroom, checked the floor model, and found that this too had rough spots on the veneer. Some of our other furniture is also wood veneer and the joins are perfectly smooth. I would advise anyone purchasing from Raymour & Flanagan to inspect their purchase very carefully before accepting delivery. We did not expect wood veneer that had not been properly finished.

This chair is exactly what we've been looking for and it compliments our live edge table very well.

Chair assembly woes

Bought 6 Sombra side (dining) chairs which I picked up at the warehouse, which meant driving from Patchogue where I bought them to Central Islip, because the delivery charge was $199 to deliver to Coram. The chairs were unassembled and while I was told the assembly would be simple, assembly was a nightmare and took way longer and more difficult than I expected. The holes to screw the leg bases to the seat did not line up so I had to go to Home Depot to buy a drill bit to enlarge the 4 holes in each leg base so I could line up the screws. The Allen wrench that was provided was impossible to use so I was lucky to have a bit I that I could put in my electric drill to screw the screws in. I have assembled a lot of furniture and this was the worst. I feel sorry for anyone that is not mechanically inclined who has to assemble these chairs. Good thing the chairs are comfortable.

Kitchen Chairs

Excellent chairs for my kitchen table. They are sturdy, but also extremely comfortable.

We love them. Fits right in with simple lines against traditional setting. They are comfortable so lounging at dinner is a nice experience.

Love dining room set!! Spectacular, great quality and workmanship as well as the dining room table. The glass table is so modern with easy access to make larger at both ends. Was only going to get dining room chairs, until we saw this gorgeous dining room set!!!
