They arrived in a package that looked as if it were previously used. Upon opening, both mats appear to have been washed. The tags were not stiffnew appearing. I had to take a brush to fluff up the threads. Love the color, just think they were a previous return.

I had great hopes for these bathmats. They don’t slip which is a very big bonus, but even before I washed them, they were not completely square. After washing them, the shape has completely changed. I needed low profile bathmats so the bathroom door would go over them, and these have worked for that, but these just have not kept their shape and even after carefully follow washing directions, they did not wash up well.
